Cozy children's and dog-friendly holiday home in a quiet residential area

Our comfortably furnished holiday home is located in a side street in a quiet residential area near the sea. If you want to escape the stressful everyday life, you will find peace and relaxation here.
In good weather, the children and / or dogs can romp and play in the enclosed garden, while the adults relax on the terrace in the existing beach chair.
Barbecue enthusiasts will find the opportunity on the terrace or in front of the outdoor fireplace, which is perfect for grilling bread on a stick.
Every hobby cook will find his fulfillment in the kitchen. Because in addition to a stove and a microwave, there is also an oven.
The large living area on the lower floor leaves little to be desired. So you can z. B. end the evening on the couch or warm up in front of the fireplace after your stay on the beach.
The sleeping area on the upper floor makes children's hearts beat faster (see photos).
The stair gate ensures the safety of the little guests. A high chair is also available and included in the rental price.

Alles Top im Land der Friesen

Es waren sehr schöne 8 Tage im Land der Ostfriesen. Unsere Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen und werden diese bei unserem nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt wenn möglich erneut buchen. FĂŒr Familien mit Kindern kann ich das Haus und die Gegend wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Absolut zufrieden

Das Haus hat absolut gehalten was es versprochen hat. Besonders fĂŒr die Kinder ist es super liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Kommunikation war super ebenso wie das ein- und auschecken. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und TĂŒren, da man dort oben im Norden echt mit Insekten zu kĂ€mpfen hat.

FĂŒr uns war der Aufenthalt sehr erholsam obwohl wir viel unternommen haben. Sehr schöne Gegend und das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst :)

Netter Aufenthalt

Leider hat es die Temperatur nicht so gut mit uns gemeint unser GlĂŒck das wir diese sehr ordentliche große gemĂŒtliche Ferienunterkunft hatten. Es war alles da was man brauchte in einem netten gemĂŒtlichen Haus mit nettem Garten. Wenn es uns wieder nach Nessmersiel zieht kommen wir gerne wieder.

GemĂŒtlich und gut ausgestattet

Das Ferienhaus ist ideal fĂŒr Familien mit Hund. Nicht-Hundebesitzer wĂŒrden sich wahrscheinlich an den noch auffindbaren Haaren der vorigen Vierbeiner stören, fĂŒr uns war es nicht schlimm, gibt aber trotzdem einen Stern Abzug fĂŒr die Sauberkeit. Vom Boden essen kann man trotz eigentlicher vorheriger Endreinigung definitiv nicht. Hausschuhe mitbringen ist von Vorteil, was wir zum GlĂŒck hatten! In den Ecken der BĂ€der und KĂŒche noch viel zusammen gewischter Schmutz, Leute die es sehr sauber mögen mĂŒssen hier Augen zudrĂŒcken. Von der Ausstattung lĂ€sst das Haus keine WĂŒnsche offen. In der KĂŒche ist alles zu finden was man braucht, und noch mehr :-) Es gibt genĂŒgend Decken, SchrĂ€nke und sehr viele Kinderspiele und BĂŒcher. Auch der Garten und die Lage im allgemeinen ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns in der Woche wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Angenehmer Kurzurlaub

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Wir haben es sehr sauber und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet vorgefunden. Unser Sohn (6) fand das Kinderzimmer mit der Schaukel am Bett super. Der hundesichere Garten hat es abgerundet. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gern weiter.

Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort. Wir hatten uns auf Seeluft und frischen Fisch gefreut und mussten fĂŒr beides in die Nachbardörfer fahren. Sehr schön fĂŒr Hunde und Fahrradliebhaber.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Objekt idt ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles, was man braucht, um sich so richtig wohlzufĂŒhlen. Großer schöner Garten, gemĂŒtliche Zimmer, bequeme Betten, alles top. Lage ist super mit SpielplĂ€tzen in der NĂ€he, einem BĂ€cker und einem Fahrradverleih zwei Straßen weiter. Zum Strand mit dem Fahrad knappe 10 Minuten. Wir wĂŒrden definitiv wieder dort buchen.

ruhiges Ferienidyll

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienhaus Anlage was der Entspannung hilft. Als einziger subjektiver negativ Punkt fĂŒr uns wĂ€ren nur die Matratzen, zwei Nummern hĂ€rter wĂ€re angenehmer gewesen. Sonst war alles bestens, sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht an Kochutensilien. Auch der Urlaub mit Hund war kein Problem, schnell sind Gassirunden gefunden und der abgezĂ€unte Garten rundet es ab. Uns hat es gefallen, trotz Strand "NĂ€he" empfiehlt es sich allerdings mit Bollerwagen oder FahrrĂ€der den Urlaub zu bestreiten, da der Weg zum Strand doch weiter als gedacht war.

Uns hat die Zeit in Neßmersiel sehr gefallen. Das Haus liegt ruhig aber gut angeschlossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Urlaub mit Hund

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wie online beschrieben. Sowohl die Reservierung als auch der Check-in/Check-out war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus hat einen tollen Garten, welcher auch gut eingezÀunt ist und so den Urlaub mit Hund erleichtert. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.

Schönes Objekt

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und ist in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung gelegen. Leider wurde hier im Vorfeld nicht vernĂŒnftig gereinigt, so das wir selbst nochmal komplett durchsaugen mussten und an vielen Ecken Spinnweben entfernen mussten. Davon abgesehen ist es aber ein schönes Objekt mit ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 4-6 Personen.

Etwas in sie Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus war nur teilweise geputzt, ein Schlafzimmer gar nicht, die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer nicht sehr grĂŒndlich. Das EG war sauber. Die Matratzen waren alle von mangelnder QualitĂ€t, wenig KleiderschrĂ€nke. Überall zu viele StaubfĂ€nger als Deko!
