Getting around from our apartment at 115 Franklin Street in Jersey City is easy! The PATH train is just a short trip away, providing direct access to Manhattan in approximately 20 minutes. You can also use NJ Transit buses to explore Jersey City and Hoboken. The area is very walkable, with shops, cafes, and parks nearby. Street parking is available, but be mindful of street cleaning schedules to avoid any tickets.

3. Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarette use are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines of up to $500.



4. Visitors Policy

All visitors must be approved in advance. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight unless they are included in the reservation.



5. Occupancy Limit

Only the number of guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.



6. Damages & Missing Items

Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items, including (but not limited to) stained towels or linens. Charges will also apply for each lost, missing, or damaged remote.



7. Parking

Street parking is available free of charge; however, availability is not guaranteed and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are responsible for following all street cleaning regulations to avoid tickets or towing. The Host is not responsible for parking violations.



8. Trash & Recycling

Very strict policies, please follow all instructions carefully. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. Do not leave trash outside the unit or in unauthorized areas. Failure to follow building or city guidelines may result in additional fees.



9. Liability Disclaimer

The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or death that may occur during your stay. The Host is also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By booking, guests assume all risks associated with their stay.
