Due to its great location, a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes can be easily reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes. The nearest supermarket is only a 2-minute walk away (180 m). In approximately 15 minutes of driving, you will reach the beautiful coastline, which boasts over 10 km of beaches. Here you can unwind on the soft sand and swim in the glistening blue water.
