Apartment for 2 + 1 people, approximately 38 m², located on the first floor with a private entrance via an outdoor staircase. This apartment is laid out as follows: kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet.
In the garden, this apartment has its own seating area under a pergola with a table and chairs, where you can relax, eat, and barbecue at any time.

The “Girsaole” and “Ginestra” apartments (Apartments 4 and 5) can be combined into a single living unit.

“Il Diavolino” is located in the municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia, in the province of Grosseto, in the Maremma region of Tuscany. It is the former residence of a farm and sits directly below the Etruscan village of Vetulonia, overlooking the evergreen hills of the Maremma. The house is surrounded by approximately 30,000 square meters of private land, which is completely fenced in, allowing children and dogs to play freely without supervision. Access to the property is via an automated gate, for which you will, of course, receive a remote control. You can park your vehicle on the property in a shaded parking area. You’ll find relaxation in and around the pool, as well as a pleasant way to cool off on warm days. Lounge chairs, lawns, and shaded areas offer plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxation. The property features open meadows, a small soccer field for all ages, quiet zones where you can retreat to read and relax, and a secluded area specially designed for bonfires, where you can enjoy romantic evenings and barbecues. Of course, there are also several grills that you’re free to use at any time in any location you choose.
In total, the large house has five living units that can either be rented separately or, in some cases, combined: The two ground-floor apartments (Corbezzolo & Glicine) and the two upstairs apartments (Girasole & Ginestra) can each be rented as a single living unit, as they can be connected via an interior door. This allows friends or families with children to live together while still having their own privacy if they wish. The third living unit on the first floor (Mimosa) is completely independent.
