The condo sleeps 6 with one king bed, one queen bed, and one queen leather pullout couch. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar. Two parking spaces are included - one is gated. Washer and dryer within the unit. Strong Wi-Fi with a 50-inch TV in the living area. Board games, cards and giant wall Scrabble for the relaxing days. French doors lead to a private balcony with seating. The famous Husk southern restaurant is steps away from the unit. For breakfast, walk to multiple coffee shops, The Diner and the famous Pancake Pantry (a Taylor Swift favorite)! The GOAT SOBRO is right around the corner and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and has a full bar and some of the best hot chicken dishes in town. Take a five-minute walk to the East River, Riverfront Park, the pedestrian bridges and the Ascend Amphitheater. This condo is as good as it gets if you are coming to Nashville! Close to everything!
