This was the perfect location for a family gathering celebrating our son's graduation. We were within walking distance to campus, and parking was a breeze. The host communicated with us during our stay as needed. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and snacks, and the bathrooms were supplied with quality shower and toiletry items. I would give this a 10 rating if it was an option. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

In town for a college graduation with family and weCould not have been blessed with a better house and location that met all our needs and then some. The house was beautiful, very clean and the beds were all extremely comfortable. The added touches of high end snacks,coffee, and bathroom toiletries just made the stay that more special. … And the views from the rooftop were a special way to end each night. We were very close to not only the college but downtown and several food and grocery options. Thank You to Chris for being such a good host and sharing this wonderful home. We can’t wait to come back!!

What an amazing, lovely stay with communicative, kind, and welcoming hosts! 6 of us stayed at this wonderful home and had ZERO complaints. There’s 4 spacious bathrooms, 5.5 beds, a rooftop with a city-wide view, and a massive living room. The beds are very comfortable with walk-in closets around the house to fit clothes, luggage, etc. The bathrooms come with every amenity you can think of; I personally appreciated the shower space!! It’s so close to iconic spots including Vanderbilt, the Parthenon, Martin’s BBQ. Broadway is also just a few minutes Uber away! If I were to visit Nashville again, I would stay here again 100%. This is one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in on vacation, thank you Chris!!
