We had an amazing time! The home was very clean and had more than enough room for the 5 of us. It is perfectly located. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We highly recommend staying here.

Amazing property. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. Very clean. Close to plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops. Amazing host!

This is one of the best rentals & we have been doing VRBO since the start. The home is conveniently located by Vanderbilt University with a great rooftop view. This home is big enough for everyone to spread out and wonderfully designed. Brand new & a real treat. The attention to detail is remarkable. Chris was such a great communicator....Immediate. We had a family of 3 couples & 2 babies. As you can see each bedroom has a private bath. And more at each level. Don't pass on this one. Thank you so much

This was the perfect location for a family gathering celebrating our son's graduation. We were within walking distance to campus, and parking was a breeze. The host communicated with us during our stay as needed. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and snacks, and the bathrooms were supplied with quality shower and toiletry items. I would give this a 10 rating if it was an option. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This house was the perfect place for our trip to Nashville. It is in immaculate shape, very clean and the owners went all out for their guests. Every bedroom had a stocked bathroom, and there was coffee and some snacks in the kitchen. The upstairs wet bar/kitchen area was perfect for when hanging in the big living room space, so you didn’t have to go downstairs to get a drink or snack. The outdoor decks were great, but due to the heat we only used the one on the third floor as it is covered. It is a short uber ride downtown and the host emailed with a list of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Getting in the house went smoothly. The host is very responsive, and we felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

In town for a college graduation with family and weCould not have been blessed with a better house and location that met all our needs and then some. The house was beautiful, very clean and the beds were all extremely comfortable. The added touches of high end snacks,coffee, and bathroom toiletries just made the stay that more special. … And the views from the rooftop were a special way to end each night. We were very close to not only the college but downtown and several food and grocery options. Thank You to Chris for being such a good host and sharing this wonderful home. We can’t wait to come back!!

What an amazing, lovely stay with communicative, kind, and welcoming hosts! 6 of us stayed at this wonderful home and had ZERO complaints. There’s 4 spacious bathrooms, 5.5 beds, a rooftop with a city-wide view, and a massive living room. The beds are very comfortable with walk-in closets around the house to fit clothes, luggage, etc. The bathrooms come with every amenity you can think of; I personally appreciated the shower space!! It’s so close to iconic spots including Vanderbilt, the Parthenon, Martin’s BBQ. Broadway is also just a few minutes Uber away! If I were to visit Nashville again, I would stay here again 100%. This is one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in on vacation, thank you Chris!!

I’ve been renting from VRBO since 2010. This is the best property I’ve rented. The place is beautiful, the furniture is great quality, all the amenities were in place as if they knew me personally! Then there was the host - he was so effortless to work with. I held a 50th birthday party and he communicated effectively with me from start to finish. Made sure all my questions were answered and even showed up the day of to drop off a speaker that I’d completely forgotten about. The checkout instructions were so simple and that made it worth even more to me. The value, location and accessibility were second to none. RENT IT!

We went to Nashville for our youngest daughter's 21st bday. This house was the perfect fit for what we needed. Lots of space, easy uber ride to Broadway and super cute. Loved all the thoughtful touches that owners did to the home to make it so comfortable. Check in process was so easy. Communication was great. Neighborhood felt extremely safe. Definitely would rent again!

Beautiful and modern! 4 floors! Every bedroom has a private bathroom. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect location that is close to dining, shopping and the interstate city connections. Roof top has outstanding views as you are right below Love Circle (especially at night). Easy parking (we had 3 vehicles). Everything you need is provided and so much more (the hosts thought of everything to make the stay special). This is truly a 5-star place. The hosts are responsive and friendly - you can feel how much your experience matters. Our family of 10 loved our stay, and all agreed to stay here again. Thank you, Chris, for a wonderful experience!
