This is a 180 squared meters apartment that can comfortably host 8 people.
Full Air Conditioned Unit. 3 Rooms, 3 bathrooms. TVs, washing and drying machines, Dishwasher, Microwave and all other appliances, Cookware, Tableware, Linens and Towels.

The Apartment has a beautiful view of the ocean from its high rise terrace where you can dine in a table overlooking the sea, or just lounge enjoying the sunset.

You can access several products and services del resort including restaurant, Jacuzzi, Gym, etc at a cost. You are responsible for paying for them, please do so before check out otherwise we will charge them afterwards trough VRBO with an extra processing fee of U$25.

Seafront! This is so important, many listings are not really seafront properties. in this place you can walk from your apartment directly to the beach just in front of you!

Guests have full access to all of the apartment and some of the resort amenities like the private pool.

Otros aspectos a destacar
A maid service is mandatory, she will cook great food and have the place spotless. She Charges $100.000 pesos per day, please pay her before checking out!.

Please DO NOT drink tab water!. Santa Marta´s water is not very good and its easy to get sick, always drink bottled water!
