We reserved the unit through VRBO, and paid more for it than if we had just booked through the facility’s website. VRBO listed the unit as having 2 twin beds in one of the rooms. The facility website didn’t have twin beds available. When we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any twin bed units available and that there weren’t any available at the time when we made our reservation through VRBO. I immediately contacted RoomPicks and spent the entire trip talking to AI, I think. No answers, no help, no compensation. Just “still checking on it”. We were there for 4 nights. How long does it take? The facility was really nice. The unit was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. No complaints there, Just would have appreciated better communication and help addressing our issue.

We specifically chose the 2 bedroom unit; with one of the bedrooms stating 2 twin beds. Even checked our itinerary several times to make sure this was the one we had "rented". and all looked fine. Check in went very well and the staff at the registration desk was very helpful. However, when entering our 2 Bedroom unit, we discovered that it had a king bed and queen bed in the bedrooms. We immediately called the resort registration desk and after speaking to two different staff members were finally able to secure a different 2 bedroom unit for the night. We were very pleased with the property and the accommodations were very clean, comfortable and great value for the price! Many many nice amenities to take advantage of on the property! Also close to Busch Gardens!We were however disappointed there were no hand towels in either bathroom and also no bathmats for the floor at either shower. I called and requested some to be brought to us that evening after we checked into our room & were told they would be brought to us. We did not find out till we were checking out the next day that they had been left downstairs at the main door to our building. Overall we would stay here again, but will call ahead and verify that VRBO reserved the correct room style and that there are plenty of towels upon checking in.

This property is a condo through Hilton Vacation Club. There was a check-in desk and we had no problems with check-in. We were offered the timeshare presentation with Hilton points and a visa card, but we declined. The guy was not too pushy. The condo was a two bedroom (king/two twins)/two bath with everything we needed (full kitchen, dishes, dish detergent, etc). We did call the front desk for additional towels and they were brought to us within 30 minutes. The furnishings in our unit were recently updated. The unit was very clean. The only issues we had were very, very, noisy neighbors above us half-way through our 4 night stay. I do not know if it was the person walking around, or very thin floors. We did not use the pool or other amenities, but there were always people in the pool. The condo was a great space for us to stay for all of our Williamsburg activities, as well as Jamestown, and Yorktown. The property really is very close to the Williamsburg golf course.
