Villa Canale is dedicated to those who wish to spend relaxing holidays in direct contact with nature: land-sky-sea. By car or by bicycle in ten minutes you can reach the beach, a very clean sea that for the fourth time has been included in the "Bandiera Blù" as absolutely unpolluted sea. "Villa CANALE". It takes its name from the homonymous Contrada Canale located in the territory of Tusa in the hamlet of Castel di Tusa (ME) in Sicily, the first town in the Province of Messina, on the Palermo side. The territory falls within the mountainous complex of the Madonie and Nebrodi Park.... To make the vegetation even more colourful, there are many flowers, ornamental plants from the clarissa to the calistemo, giant sterlizias, pines, ficus, succulents, true aloes and much more. Car recommended.
Villa Canale is immersed in nature and is 10 minutes from the sea
The grounds of about 10,000 square metres are gently sloping, landscaped with paths made of local stone and can be crossed entirely as a pleasant stroll, with a view of the Tyrrhenian Sea from east to west with the visible backdrop of the Aeolian Islands. The temperature is pleasantly cool. Villa Canale is dedicated to those who wish to spend relaxing holidays in direct contact with nature: land-sky-sea.
The typology of the house is typical of a local home composed of two levels, communicating by an open staircase, offering an overview of the living and dining area on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing room, a bedroom with two beds, a large bathroom with shower complete with accessories and a small fridge for the sleeping area.
The beach is 2 km away and can be reached by road. The village/town centre with restaurants and supermarkets is 2km away.
Please note that the holiday house can be reached by car via the A19 road. The road to the property is entirely asphalted with an automatic gate entrance.You will also find a cot for small children in the house.The villa is conveniently located a few kilometres from fascinating historical villages and nature trails, making it ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday.
