Location
Lucky Dog is nestled in the South Farm District of the Seabrook community, just a 10 minute walk to downtown Seabrook's shops, restaurants, and the beach. Tucked into a peaceful, secluded neighborhood overlooking a wooded ravine, this home is the best of both worlds, close to everything but far enough from the noise to truly slow down.

Sleeping Configuration
Main Level:
Primary Bedroom Suite- Sleeps 2 on a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom, heated floors and walk-in closet.
Upper Level:
Second Bedroom Suite- Sleeps 2 on a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
Bunk Room: Sleeps 2-4 on a full-over-full bunk bed with an adjacent full bathroom.

Outdoor Space
Lucky Dog has a wrap-around, covered porch that becomes an extension of the home. It’s south-facing, getting natural light throughout the day, and it looks out over a wooded ravine sitting adjacent to Cedar Run Park. The porch includes outdoor furniture and 2 rocking chairs. Out back, the solo stove fire pit is surrounded by four Adirondack chairs. Additionally there is a teak dining table with an umbrella for outdoor meals, plus a BBQ.
There are four dedicated parking spots at the home, with additional street parking available throughout Seabrook if needed. The garage is not included in guest access.

Get Out & Play
Lucky Dog backs directly to Cedar Run Park, so you have immediate access to open green space just steps from the house. It’s an easy extension of the outdoor area and perfect for games, kids, or just spreading out a bit more.
Three bikes are available for exploring Seabrook, along with corn hole, giant Jenga, pickleball paddles and balls, and a spike ball set. A razor clam digger is also available for seasonal clamming nearby.
Come play, relax and listen to the frogs and crickets and waves! Please note we are a shoe free home!

Kitchen & Dining
The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for anything from quick breakfasts to full family meals. There’s seating for six at the dining table, plus additional seating for four at the high-top bar in the kitchen. The dining nook is one of the standout spaces in the home, filled with natural light and overlooking Cedar Run Park, making it a great spot to gather.

For coffee, you’ll have both a Keurig and Nespresso available, so you can keep your morning routine simple.

Living Room
Lucky Dog offers two separate living spaces. The main floor living room is centered around a gas fireplace and a 56” Smart TV, perfect for settling in after a beach day or gathering around a board game. Upstairs, a second living space with an additional 56” Smart TV, along with a selection of games, books, and puzzles.

Family Friendly
Lucky Dog is well set up for families, with a variety of amenities to make traveling with kids easier. You’ll find a pack n’ play and high chair, along with games, books, and puzzles for a range of ages. There are also outdoor games and bikes available, giving kids plenty of options to stay active and entertained throughout your stay.

For Dog Owners
True to its name, Lucky Dog is a place where your dog is welcome. The outdoor space is fully fenced, giving you a bit more peace of mind while spending time outside. Inside, you’ll find dog blankets, dedicated dog towels, treats, along with extra collars and leashes.Seabrook is incredibly dog-friendly, with an off-leash dog park, miles of community trails, a pet store in town, and a beach where dogs can run and explore.

Mudroom & Laundry
The mudroom has a full-sized washer and dryer, cupboard storage, and a utility sink. Drop the sandy gear here and keep the rest of the house clean and comfortable.
