The home was clean and was as described in the listing. There are enough essentials to get you started. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature and the view was wonderful. We saw starfish on the seawall, dolphins, many birds, and iguanas. The property is about a 10 minute drive to South Marco Beach where the sunsets were amazing. The drive to Tiger Tail beach was less than 5 minutes. Groceries, fresh sea food markets, and shopping within minutes.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, pool, beautiful water views, and convenient location. It sounds like you had some amazing wildlife sightings right from the property—dolphins, starfish, birds, and even a few of Marco’s famous iguanas! We’re also happy you were able to enjoy the nearby beaches and those incredible Marco Island sunsets. Thank you for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back!
