Enjoy free garage parking, high-speed Wi-Fi. Just 20 mins to Downtown, 25 mins to the Galleria, and 15 mins to IAH Airport. Government ID verification required for check-in.
• Minimum Age: The primary guest must be 21+ to book.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed within the property vicinity. Violations incur a $500 fee.
• No Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,000 fee.
• Trash Policy: One (1) trash bag may be left on the check-out date. Any additional trash bags left behind will incur a charge of $80 per extra bag.
• Missing Items: Guests are responsible for all items in the home. Missing or unreturned items (e.g., keys, garage remotes, TV remotes) will be charged at replacement cost (minimum $100).
