Welcome to this vacation rental, which was completely renovated in April 2026. It features a stunning ocean view and its own new beach chair right across from the house.

Casa Miramar has 3 rooms and a living area of approximately 55 m², offering plenty of space for up to 4 people.

The living area is designed as a modern open-concept kitchen and features a new, fully equipped built-in kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils, as well as a dining area for up to 4 people. A new, comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV invite you to relax.

From the living area, you have direct access to the furnished balcony with a generous south/east-facing ocean view. Here, you’ll find four chairs, a table, and an electric awning.

All other rooms are accessible from the hallway. The bathroom has been completely renovated and is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and a heated towel rack.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms:
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and two sliding doors. The second, smaller bedroom features a bunk bed (also suitable for adults), also with sliding doors, as well as storage space provided by wardrobes.

A light, inviting vinyl floor with a plank-style design has been installed throughout the apartment. The windows were replaced in 2024 and are equipped with exterior blinds.

Please note that this is a non-smoking residence.

The Miramar has an elevator as well as several stairwells. Additionally, shared coin-operated washers and dryers are available for your use.

A private parking space is, of course, available, as is free Wi-Fi. The beach chair is available seasonally from April 15 to September 15, and often beyond that (weather permitting).
