This property is an efficiency apartment detached from the main house. The efficiency apartment consists of one queen size bed, a bunk bed with two twin XL beds, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, and a full bathroom.

There is free parking on the property and the efficiency apartment is about 1 minute walking distance from the waterfront area. Please note that the waterfront area is sloped so use caution when walking up and down the backyard.

The main house will not be occupied during the time that guests are staying at the efficiency apartment. Therefore, guests will have full privacy and access to the backyard including: covered patio with pergola lighting and outdoor fans, egg chairs, fire pit, pier with night light, outdoor cleaning station, and charcoal BBQ pit.
