We also love how the new cultural trail is connected to our neighborhood so you can easily walk to the Canal. This home is also walkable to nearly 20+ restaurants and of course Starbucks for those morning coffees! Then of course after a fun day come home to relax in luxury hot tub in your private backyard.

The space
KEY NOTE: The second bedroom is in a loft and there is a steep stair/ladder to get into the loft so we just want to make sure your able to access that without issue if you plan to use the second bedroom
