Just 200 m from the marina, our vacation home “El Nido” is located in a quiet, well-maintained vacation complex with a pool. <br>We refurnished the apartment (70 m²) in July 2022 and equipped it with new air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. <br>The apartment comes with its own parking space and a huge, private rooftop terrace (70 m²) with panoramic views—the perfect spot to admire the sunset. <br>With 2 bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy peaceful nights, and a second bathroom ensures a stress-free start to the day.<br>The pool features a separate area for toddlers, and sun loungers are also available.<br>The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a self-catering vacation, and the on-site washing machine can help save space when packing your bags. Those who prefer to be pampered on vacation will find a wide variety of restaurants and bars in the Cala d’Or marina (a 200-meter walk). The supermarket in the harbor, perfect for daily groceries, is also just a short walk away. <br>The historic center of Cala d'Or, with its abundance of restaurants, bars, and shops (as well as German and German-speaking doctors), is easily accessible after a 1.3 km walk or drive. <br>From the apartment, it’s just 1.3 km to two of Cala d’Or’s stunning sandy coves. In total, there are 5 beaches within a radius of just 2.4 km (by road! The distance as the crow flies is much shorter: 900 to 1,500 m). <br>Yoga or chilling on the rooftop terrace? Relaxing by the pool? Strolling through the pedestrian zone? Boat trips? Days at the beach in turquoise, shimmering coves?
