Want to escape the stress of everyday life? Then this holiday rental is the perfect choice for you. It’s the ideal spot for a multigenerational holiday.

This family-friendly, cosy semi-detached house offers a unique view of fields and meadows.

It’s located right on the dike, with the Norddeich harbour just beyond. With 150 m² of space, it accommodates up to 9 people plus a toddler.

The holiday rental is divided into two separate apartments. If desired, only the ground floor can be booked.

The ground floor accommodates 5 people plus a toddler, and the upper floor has additional space for 4 people.

One half of the house features a cosy living room with an adjoining sunroom. Here, there is a large table with plenty of space where everyone can gather. You can enjoy your holiday with an exciting book or a good film.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which also offers seating. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor—one with a double bed and another with three single beds.

The holiday home also features a spacious bathroom with a tub (which can also be used as a shower) and a guest bathroom.

A staircase leads to the upper level. Here you’ll find two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed. From here, you have access to a small balcony.

There is also a living/dining area and a bathroom with a shower.

A small kitchen is also located upstairs.

Bedding and towels are not provided in the holiday rental. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

This half of the house features its own terrace and a spacious garden. The terrace is the perfect spot to relax on balmy summer evenings while enjoying a barbecue or a cool glass of wine together. The garden exudes an idyllic charm with its mature trees. The garden is bordered by a ditch on one side; the other sides are enclosed.

The house is ideal for families with children and grandparents. And the family dog is welcome to come along, too. Cats are not permitted.

From the front door as well as from the garden, you have a direct view of the dike and, beyond it, the North Sea.

Of course, free Wi-Fi, 2 parking spaces, and a washing machine are available to you.
