The 37 m² apartment was lovingly furnished in a modern style paired with classic country house elements. It consists of 1 living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate microwave with baking function, 1 bedroom with box spring bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and 1 bathroom with shower tub (bathtub access aid available). It offers space for 3 persons. Washing machine and dryer for a fee in the basement. Storage room for skis available.

The apartment is a relaxing retreat where you can unwind. Let the day end with a glass of wine in front of the electric fireplace in the living room. You can enjoy the idyllic view of the hills of the northern Black Forest on the south-facing balcony.



The complex provides a wide range of facilities in the public areas: Children's playroom and a leisure room (including table tennis, books, trampoline). The house bar "Schwarzwaldschänke" offers fine food and drinks Tuesday and Friday from 6 to 10 pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday also breakfast. The property also boasts a swimming pool.



The apartment is the ideal starting point to explore the Black Forest. Numerous hiking and biking trails can be reached directly from the apartment. Trips to the Black Forest High Road, the Hornisgrinde (the highest mountain in the northern Black Forest), the Schwarzenbach Dam, to Freudenstadt (the city with the largest marketplace in Germany), or even a trip to France to Strasbourg, 70 km away, are worthwhile. The famous hotel "Traube" Tonbach is only 2 km away from the resort. You will find the nearest supermarket in 800 m, a drugstore, a bakery and a clothing store in 1 km. There is a bus stop in 250 m.

der Einrichtungsstil ist sehr gelungen

Pros: alles da was man braucht sehr sauber!! klein aber fein, alles gut genutzt und clever gelöst schöne Aussicht alles sehr unkompliziert eigener Autostellplatz eigentlich ist eine FeWo in einem Apartmenthaus eher nicht mein Ding, umso positiver war mein erster Eindruck und es hat alles gut gepasst. Wohnung war liebevoll, ansprechend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jede Nische in der kleinen Kücheneinheit war genutzt und gut gelöst. Alles da was man braucht.
