Ein kleines Paradies am Gardasee

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Casa Falu (1 Woche - Appartment ADA) sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Alles an seinem Platz und alles was man braucht. Ruhige Lage und man kann direkt von der Ferienwohnung zum biken und wandern aufbrechen. Liebe Luisa + Lieber Fabrizio: Vielen Dank für Eure Gastfreundschaft, Euren wertvollen Tipps für die Touren und das leckere Olivenöl. Wir hoffen die Ernte dieses Jahr wird wieder gut. :-)

Toll gelegene, ruhige Ferienwohnung in wunderschönem, riesigen, gepflegten Garten mit großem Pool. Innen und außen ist alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet und extrem sauber. Die Vermieter sind super!

Unser Aufenthalt war überragend, es hätte nicht besser sein können. Fabrizio ist ein sehr netter, zuvorkommender Vermieter.

Ferienhaus mit Flair

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in einem mediteranen Garten. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem Ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Der Pool liegt zwischen Olivenbäume hat gute Liegen mit vernünftigen Auflagen und schöne Schattenplätze. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll umgesetzt. Für E-Bike Fahrer gibt es eine abschließbare Garage. Von uns eine 100% Empfehlung

Grande déception

Nous avons été déçus par le gîte qui n'en est pas un mais plutôt une copropriété... La maison compte 3 hébergements + celui des propriétaires qui habitent au premier étage. Le premier logement, qui se situe en contrebas, semble parfait. Au niveau de la terrasse, 2 logements se jouxtent. Dans le logement du milieu qui nous a été attribué, il n'y a aucune intimité. Le lit est situé dans la pièce principale et donne sur une baie vitrée devant laquelle passent incessamment les voisins pour rentrer ou pour quitter leur logements, pour aller à la piscine ou tout simplement pour téléphoner ! Impossible de ne pas tirer les rideaux. Les photos et les indications données sur le site ne reflètent en rien la réalité de la configuration. Une telle promiscuité est inadmissible : nous avons payé 1300€ pour 8 nuits ! Sans parler des nuisances sonores des voisins et des petits enfants des propriétaires, le week-end (tôt le matin et tard le soir). La propriétaire surveille tout le temps : si la porte est fermée pour ne pas laisser rentrer les chats, si on s'est douché avant d'entrer dans la piscine, etc... Je déconseille fortement les 2 logements donnant sur la terrasse à-moins d'apprécier de vivre en copropriété. Point positif : le jardin, au milieu d'une oliveraie, est magnifique.
