In a quiet area of Domus De Maria, the holiday home "Apartment Surrounded by Greenery" offers you an excellent view of the mountains. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine. A cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday home features a private outdoor area with a garden and outdoor shower, as well as a shared area with a barbecue. The nearest beaches are Chia, Su Giudeu, Tuerredda and Cala Cipolla. All essential services, restaurants and a pharmacy are nearby. You are invited to take a tourist boat, rent a Zodiac boat and visit the nearby nature reserves Sa Mitza and S’Orcu. Awesome property, amazing location, great hospitality

Pros: The Perfect Stay in Domus de Maria We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Domus de Maria with our group of 6. The villa was spotless, well-maintained, and the host’s hospitality made us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable—just a short drive to Sardinia’s main beaches, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. The peaceful surroundings and proximity to the coast made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was always available, responsive, and genuinely cared about our experience. We highly recommend this villa for a perfect, stress-free holiday in Sardinia! Cons: The bedrooms in summer are a little bit hot during the night. Maybe consider a second air conditioner in the hallway to cool down all 3 rooms at the same time.
