Kaiserhof 1.13 Bella Vista - Norderney

The "Kaiserhof 1.13 Bella Vista" vacation rental is a studio apartment located on the first floor of the "Kaiserhof" apartment building. The apartment offers a direct view of the sea (balcony). It can accommodate up to 2 people.

The living/bedroom is furnished with a pull-out double bed (bed width 150 cm) and an additional sleeper sofa. There is also a dining table with chairs. A small kitchenette is located in the apartment’s hallway. It is equipped with everything you need. The apartment’s bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operable via app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
