On the first floor there is another room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. If you like to cook and try new specialties, this villa offers a unique spacious tavern with a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for long evenings with the family, meals fresh from the fireplace but also quiet coffee breaks overlooking the inviting pool. On the second floor there are 3 spacious, stylishly furnished bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, central heating, TV and en-suite bathrooms with underfloor heating. 2 rooms have access to 13 m2 terraces with seating and beautiful views of the garden and the green, mountainous surroundings.

If you are active and like sports, there are two private play areas in the excellent garden: a lighted tennis court if you want to play tennis at night, and a small golf practice area. Relax and rejuvenate next to the beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols for the perfect summer. The villa is surrounded by a spacious, well-tended garden with special stone elements. In the enclosed part near the entrance of the villa, there is a small yard with chickens and rabbits as well as organically grown fruit and vegetables. The villa is only 5 km away from the first beaches in Rabac and Duga Luka. The crystal clear Adriatic Sea and the beautiful pebble beach await you there. Labin and Rabac are larger tourist centers and offer a selection of restaurants, cafes and stores. Labin is a small but charming and historically rich town from the Middle Ages, situated on a hill above the enchanting Kvarner coast. Here you can explore the history and admire cultural and architectural monuments. If you like art and history, be sure to visit the Baroque palace of the Battiala-Lazzarini family, which is now a museum. Enjoy romantic walks through steep alleys where you can admire several palaces and visit art galleries. In summer, you can also attend jazz and classical music festivals. Relax in a cozy café and taste famous fish specialties in a local restaurant. The former fishing village of Rabac is located on the coast and offers beautiful beaches and various sports and entertainment facilities. If you want to explore Istria, you can also visit Opatija (55 km) or Pula (40 km), two beautiful tourist towns by the sea, rich in culture and history. Opatija is the pearl of the beautiful Kvarner region. Discover Kvarner and its surroundings, be it by walking along the coast or admiring the islands. If you want to enjoy the nature of the islands and the clear sea, visit the enchanting nearby island of Cres or the island of Krk, a little further away, but no problem if you are traveling by car.
