Enttäuschung

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von der Wohnung sowie der Fewoverwaltung.Diese Mängel wurden angezeigt und nicht beseitigt;1. Der Toilettensitz war lose und wackelte vom 1. Tag an (unzumutbar!) 2. Im Wohn- und Kinderzimmer konnten die Rolläden nicht runtergezogen werden. Für Kinder wäre das fatal, weil es im Zimmer bei Sonnenschein brüllend heiß war.Außerdem:Der Mülleimer ließ sich nicht treten. Er war speckig und musste immer zum Öffnen angefasst werden. Über dem Mülleimer hing eine Blende runter, die sich vom Küchenschrank wohl gelöst hat.Der Strandkorb war mit einem Laken bedeckt, dass total zerrissen und verfranst war. Von daher war der Sitz auch verschmutzt.Die Toilettenbürste war sowas von verdreckt, dass einem schlecht wurde. In einem der 2 Sessel war an der Armlehne unten ein Loch so dass das Innenleben etwas herausschaute.Der sehr schöne Terrassentisch war mit einer schmutzigen an den Rändern zerrissenen Wachstuchdecke bedeckt.Diese Wohnung scheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein und den hohen Mietzins absolut nicht wert.
