Located in the heart of the beautiful Coconut Plantation community, this luxury villa boasts an excellent location overlooking the lushly landscaped 'Hidden Spa' and within only a short five minute walk from the Ko 'Olina Resort's crystal blue ocean lagoons and groomed sandy beaches.
Six guests will have comfortable accommodations and privacy in three separate bedrooms; no need for anyone to sleep on a sofa bed in the middle of the living room. This is a one level floor plan, entirely situated on the second floor, providing optimal privacy in one of the community's most desirable locations.
Residential zoning rules restrict rentals to one lease per 30 days which means that regardless of how many days you stay, the unit will be 'blocked' for the remainder of the 30 day lease window. Because of this, we cannot prorate the monthly rental rate for shorter stays. However, staying with us can be a tremendous value especially when compared to a stay at a Ko Olina hotel or Beach Villa. During your stay, you’ll have access to lots of great amenities including but not limited to:

-- GOLF CAR RENTALS can be arranged during your stay for an additional charge, but you really don't need to spend the extra money because we are a short walking distance to the lagoons and restaurants. Also, please keep in mind that the Ko'Olina Golf Car rules are changing and may no longer be allowed in many areas of the resort.
-- A very SHORT WALK TO RESTAURANTS ( Monkey Pod Kitchen, Just Tacos, Coffee/Tea shop, Disney, Marriott, etc.) as well as the Country Market (ABC store).
-- Coconut Plantation is located closest to lagoon 1 (closer than most of the other non-beachfront communities in Ko 'Olina).
-- TWO LARGE PRISTINE POOLS with SPAS are located steps away within the Coconut Plantation grounds. Plus right by the villa is the 'hidden spa', a nearby Zen meditation garden and walking paths that wind through tropical floral gardens punctuated with swaying palm trees.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
-- This property is family owned but professionally managed; there's a property management representative on site in Ko'Olina to assist you, should the need arise.
-- Contracts are based on calendar days and not nights. This property has a one calendar month contract requirement for all months. We cannot accommodate split months nor mid month arrivals during peak seasons.
-- ALL Coconut Plantation & Ko 'Olina properties, by association by-laws, have a one month minimum rental contract requirement. However, you will find that in comparison, a one month contract is a significantly better value than other options you may be considering, such as a weekly/daily rental or a resort hotel stay.
-- The rental agreement cost is based on a maximum number of six guests; sorry but the size of the villa can only comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
-- An average $295 Departure Cleaning fee will apply. This rate is variable depending on the condition of the villa upon departure. If the housekeeper charges less the difference will be refunded, but if additional cleaning is required, then the overage will be deducted from the security deposit.
-- All rates shown are based on a discounted rate for payments by Check or ECheck. Payments by credit card will incur a processing fee of approx. 3% /USA or 4%/ International and will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the stay.
-- A deposit of 25% (or minimum $1250 whichever is greater) is due at booking to hold the property; the balance will be due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.
-- Until booking is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

What makes this Condo unique
This vacation home is perfect for families with kids looking to relax, as well as, couples and groups of friends who want close proximity to golfing and many other nearby sights and incredible beauty of Hawaii life on Oahu. Our extra large lanai overlooks the 'hidden spa' and is also just steps to the main pool. We are a short walking distance to the lagoons, as well as, Ko'Olina Station restaurants. We're also in close proximity to all the many other activities the resort has to offer (e.g. the Paradise Cove Luau is walking distance plus the Ko'Olina Resort hosts a championship Ted Robinson golf course, a world class health spas, wedding chapels and a 43 acre marina with access to many ocean activities including snorkeling and wildlife viewing cruises).

A piece of heaven on earth
The unit was perfect. It had all the comforts of home. Everything was in perfect working condition. There were paper towels, dish soap, detergent and toilet paper, dish sponges and clothes to get us through before we did our groceries.
The entire unit is extremely comfortable - beds, couches and Netflix in every bedroom and strong wifi. The lanai is perfect. Afternoon sun so it doesn't get extremely hot and a beautiful view of the secret spa.
It's a five minute walk to the ocean and restaurants and a grocery store - abc market and shops.

Lovely place to stay in Ko Olina
Wonderful Time in Paradise
This rental property was beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable—nicer than the photos. Everything was exactly as described on VRBO and we were not disappointed. The villa location was fantastic because it is on the second floor and therefore it is both private and quiet. The covered lanai is shaded and there’s a wonderful gas grill that we used daily. I would highly recommend staying at this condo.
The community has tropical plants everywhere and the main pool was beautiful and kid friendly--our kids enjoyed hours of fun playing in it while we lounged nearby. As far as resort activities, I can’t say enough good things about the condo’s location because the pool and spa were very close. ...plus it was just a short walk to the restaurants, Luau, shops (there’s even an ABC store) . We also loved that the beaches and lagoons were only about a 5 minute walk because we walked there daily! We plan to come back to the islands soon and we definitely plan to book there again. Mahalo!
Fun-tastic time in Paradise
The condo was outstanding and the resort was fun! This unit lives up to all the great reviews and it was much more reasonably priced than many of the others we looked at.
We found that the home is very convenient to the Spa and the main pool is also very close by. The condo is perfectly located in the Ko Olina Resort and within a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, golf course and lagoons. The condo came with everything we needed for a super comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially loved the covered lanai with the beautiful tropical setting...so relaxing! Based on what I saw, the Coconut Plantation seems to be by far the best of the three residential communities both because of the lush gardens and because of the close proximity to the restaurants and beach.
We walked to the lagoons to enjoy sunsets every evening. There are two major hotels--Disney Aulani and Four Seasons across from the Coconut Plantation, there's also a championship golf course, Paradise Cove Luau, beaches and a small shopping area. I recommend that you have a car to go for groceries and excursions outside the Resort. The town of Kapolei is only a few miles away and there's much more shopping including Target and Costco.
We plan to stay here again in 2018.
Beach Lovers resort!
Our family had the best vacation ever. We loved Coconut Plantation condos close to beach but very peaceful within the gates. Ko Olina is a beautiful quiet town. If you love the beach this is the place. We were worried about no umbrellas but with sun screen and sitting under trees at lagoon 2 no problem I can"t wait to book next year, We have been to most all the islands many times but this is our new favorite location
The condo lived up to all of the positive reviews previously posted. It was nice to have a third bedroom on the other end of the unit, as our ten-year-old is a very early riser. I spent a lot of time relaxing on the lanai enjoying the early morning and late afternoon Trade winds . We would not hesitate to rent it again. Groceries in Hawaii are incredibly expensive .Best prices can be found at Walmart, but selection is limited. Foodland and Safeway are good, full-service grocery stores

A $1,250.00 non-refundable reservation deposit is due at booking to hold the property (may be partially refundable if canceled more than 6 months prior to arrival). As per Home Association rules--MINIMUM CONTRACT PERIOD = 1 MONTH (NO MID-MONTH ARRIVALS during peak seasons). Rates vary by season, length of stay and are subject to change w/o notice. QUOTES PROVIDED BY HOMEAWAY/VRBO ARE ESTIMATES ONLY, FINAL COST WILL DEPEND ON BOOKING DATE, DATES SELECTED AND METHOD OF PAYMENT. QUOTED RATES ARE DISCOUNTED FOR PAYMENTS BY CHECK OR eCHECK. [eChecks are accepted from United States banks only.] If paying by credit card, a transaction fee will be added to the total due and subtracted from your security deposit upon check-out. Per Hawaii law we charge both a General Excise Tax on any rental and a Transient Accommodations Tax on rentals of less than 6 months. No events of any kind may held in the home.
