Nice apartment

The apartment was very nice and in a good location for us. Just a few things that lowered the rating was listed items were missing such as an ironing board and toaster I know they are small items but we use them in addition the outside lights didn’t work so the lovely outside space for useless. I escalated on the second day of our stay using the escalation details I was provided but no one came back to us so we just got on with it. These are things I expect to be checked prior to our arrival. If these things were sorted I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Dear Damian, Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed the flat and its location. We are sorry for the inconveniences encountered during your stay. We would like to inform you that the outdoor lighting has already been fixed and the owner has purchased an ironing board to make the accommodation more complete for future guests. During the winter season, the owner takes care of maintenance in order to better prepare the facility for the summer season. However, we understand that waiting for a response may have been frustrating and we apologise for this. Thank you for sharing your impressions. We are sure that your experience will help to further improve the management of the facility, and we hope to help you have an even more enjoyable stay in the future!

Ostausrichtung, zu dieser Jahreszeit extrem kalt.

Pros: Anreise problemlos, wir wurden nett empfangen. Cons: Leider schon einige macken, Haustüre ging nicht ins Schloss und musste immer abgeschlossen werden. Im Schlafzimmer feuchte Wände, keinen Zugang zur Poollandschaft, Wohnung hat eine Ostausrichtung, die im Sommer bestimmt Vorteile hat, um diese Jahreszeit extrem kalt.

Pros: Buena relación calidad-precio. El apartamento esta muy bien, zona tranquila y con centro comercial muy cerca en coche con todos los servicios. Lamentablemente no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. Repetiriamos,la terraza está muy bien si vas con mascota, a nuestro bebé le montamos una piscina hinchable. Tranquilo para pasear por la zona Cons: No había tostador ni microondas.

Pros: Nos encantó el piso, muy cómodo y limpio, para una familia tipo esta muy bien y la ubicación es cerca de la zonas de ocio y restaurante, aunque si es mejor si tienes coche. De todos modos fantástico, la piscina muy bonita también.
