Private: terraced garden, 2'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (3 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant, bar 600 m, bakery 1.3 km, café 600 m, bus stop 750 m, railway station "Cuers-Pierrefeu" 8 km, sandy beach "L'Almanarre" 24 km. Golf course (18 hole) 24 km, riding stable 10 km. Nearby attractions: Presqu'Ile de Giens, Iles de Porquerolles, Port Cros, Ile des Embiez. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
