Outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 9 km, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Tortona" 11 km, pebble beach 70 km. Golf course (36 hole) 19 km. Nearby attractions: Castello di Leonardo da Vinci 25 km.
"Marina", 7-room house 350 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace, TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the garden. Dining room with dining table. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and kitchen corner. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), open-hearth fireplace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 2 showers/WC, bath/shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Heating. Le parc et la piscine sont formidables.La maison est très grande, avec beaucoup d'espace, mais malheureusement pas assez bien entretenue.Un peu plus d'entretien et de rangement serait bienvenu.Cet hébergement est idéal pour une famille nombreuse avec plusieurs couples avec des enfants.

Nicht erwartet

Leider war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Das Haus roch stark muffig und ... Pool – ein absolutes No-Go. Insgesamt wirkte alles ungepflegt, was das Urlaubsgefühl stark beeinträchtigt hat. Wir hätten deutlich mehr Sauberkeit und Sorgfalt erwartet.

Mehr erwartet, Zustand enttäuschend

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig inmitten von Feldern. Leider war der Zustand enttäuschend: alt, bei Ankunft muffiger Geruch, Küche klein und ungepflegt, insgesamt wirkt vieles abgewohnt. Teilweise kein warmes Wasser in Dusche und Küche. Der Pool war wegen Rattenbefall und anschließender Stoßchlorung mehrere Tage gesperrt – besonders schade, da er Hauptbuchungsgrund war. Positiv: Die Vermieterin lud uns als Entschädigung zum Frühstück in eine Bäckerei ein.

Für „Jugendgruppe“ völlig in Ordnung

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für eine Woche gebucht (8 Personen zwischen 17 und 21 Jahren) und für uns war das Haus völlig ausreichend. Viel Platz im gepflegten Außenbereich mit großzügigem Pool, Trampolin, Grill, Tischtennisplatte etc. Von innen sehr geräumig? auch wenn die Einrichtung etwas alt ist. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin war angenehm und zuverlässig, man gab uns sogar einige nützliche Tipps für Aktivitäten. Abzüge gab es für die mangelhaften Sonnenschirme und die Bäder.

Tolles Haus, leider verwohnt

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Haus verbracht: Es ist ein toll renoviertes Haus mit einer schönen Zimmeraufteilung für mehrere Familien! Es gibt ausreichend Platz. Allerdings ist das Interieur nicht gepflegt: alle Schränke sind mit altem Kram vollgestopft und riechen muffig, die Teppiche sind durchgelaufen und es gibt Stockflecken und Löcher bei den Sofaecken. Der Garten ist wunderschön, großzügig und gepflegt. Für die Kinder sind Pool und Trampolin ideal und man findet überall eine schattige Ecke.

Riesiges Anwesen mit tollem Garten und Pool

Uns hat die Woche gut gefallen. Der Garten und der Pool sind super. Das Haus hat sehr grosszügige Räume mit einer dem Alter des Hauses entsprechenden Einrichtung.

Schönes grosse Ferienhaus

Casa Marina bietet eine grossen Aussenbereich mit Pool und viel Platz. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehen besser aus als auf den Fotos. Übergabe und Abgabe lief auch problemlos. Einziges Problem war das am letzten Abend die Leitungen verstopften.
