The villa offers air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the modern terrace furniture and barbecue. Within El Salobre Golf Resort, you have access to first-class golf facilities and can enjoy various dining options and spa services at the nearby Serenity hotel. There is a supermarket at the entrance of the gated community.



Yucas Villa 17 includes private parking for your convenience. For stays over 9 nights, cleaning with linen and towel change is provided. A cot and high chair can be supplied on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area; parties and events are not allowed. The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. Smoking is not permitted inside, but is allowed on the terrace. Pets are welcome for an extra charge per night (max. 3 kg). Pool heating is available for an extra charge per night.
