Ich gebe hier ausschließlich unsere Meinung wieder!Erst das Positive ! Die Wohnung hat eine Toplage!Negativ(und damit Verbesserungsvorschläge):Das Büro zur Schlüsselübergabe sollte näher am Urlaubsort sein. Es ist schon übel wenn man nach 7 Stunden Fahrt das Ziel trotzdem zu früh erreicht hat und dann eine Stunde wieder hin und her fahren muss (zur Schlüsselübergabe).Der Urlaub wird aber erst wirklich verdorben wenn man feststellt dass die Matratzen völlig durchgelegen und zu dünn sind.Schlaflose Nächte haben uns die Woche über begleitet. Die Wohnung könnte sauberer sein. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist „durchgesessen“.Die Frage ist immer: Würde man das Objekt nochmals buchen ? Unsere klare Antwort ist „Nein“. Mit wenig finanziellen Aufwand könnte man den Gast zufrieden stellen. Das Interesse ist vermutlich nicht da.Eine Matratze kostet heute nicht mehr viel. Küchenutensilien wie Messer, mit denen man ein Brötchen aufschneiden kann, ebenfalls nicht.Der Mückenschutz sollte zudem natürlich auch auf die Balkontür ausgeweitet werden. Nur an einem Fenster bringt es nicht viel.
