Above Alcanar Playa, outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Les Cases d'Alcanar, in the district Montsia, 750 m from the sea, 900 m from the beach. Private: terraced garden with trees, swimming pool round (6 m diameter, depth 70 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 17.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower. Very bumpy motor access. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, shopping centre 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Hife" 1 km, railway station "l'Aldea" 20 km, pebble beach "Maricel" 700 m (small), diving center 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Montbrió del Camp" 100 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 35 km, surf school 3 km. Nearby attractions: Port Aventura Salou 90 km, Vinaroz 30 km, Parque Natural del Delta 25 km, Isla de Buda Amposta 25 km, La Casa de Fusta Encanyissada 25 km.
