What to expect?
The openspace apartment Hasenöhrl is located on the first floor of a recently renovated two-storey residential building. The house is in a quiet area and at the same time centrally located within the small village of Morter.
The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living space with streaming TV and a comfortable sofa. The king-size double bed in the open-plan area offers a direct view of the Hasenöhrl mountain. The spacious bathroom includes a shower, a bathtub, an infrared sauna for two people and an additional separate WC.
The large south-facing balcony is suitable for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a quiet evening with an aperitif.
Morter, part of the municipality of Latsch, is a popular area for hiking and biking. Several trails start nearby. The Martell Valley is easy to reach and known for its natural landscape. The apartments can also be used as a base for motorcycle tours; trailers can be parked and, by arrangement, motorcycles can be stored in the garage. The openspace apartment Hasenöhrl is therefore a practical starting point for outdoor activities.
A bike washing area and bike storage are available for guests.
Winter months in our area are generally quiet and not snow-reliable. The apartments are not located close to ski slopes or winter resorts. Snow-related activities usually require travelling by car. The Martell Valley is about 20–35 minutes away and offers winter hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing at the Grogg biathlon centre and ski touring for experienced mountaineers. The apartments are therefore also bookable in winter and suitable for guests who appreciate quiet surroundings and distance from classic winter tourism.
The village: Within a few minutes’ walk you can reach the village shop “Kostbar”, small but well stocked, offering daily necessities and coffee. For larger shopping trips, the towns of Schlanders and Latsch can be reached by car within a few minutes. Further tips, including restaurants, pizzerias and activities for bad weather, can be found in my Airbnb online guide “Meine Heimat für dich”.
Another highlight for you: During your stay, guests have free access to the Aquaforum Latsch, including swimming pool and sauna, during regular opening hours.
If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message. I will reply as soon as possible.
Due to construction work nearby, the apartments are currently offered at a reduced rate.
