La Mignonne

Our house is located in the Les Lisières de Saint Tropez residence, a complex of single-family homes, mostly occupied by the owners.
The residence is located approximately 800 meters from the Saint Tropez town sign and approximately 600 meters from the sea in the Golf de Saint Tropez bay.
Our house is "small," hence the name La Mignonne.
You enter the property through a blue garden gate into a garden with an olive tree and a terrace with two white wicker chairs. Upon entering the house, you find yourself in a light-filled, bright open space with sand-colored natural stone tiles. The space is divided into three areas: entrance with a work area or yoga area;
living room with two light-colored sofas and an old-fashioned small table, opposite the TV and fireplace; Cooking and dining is easy with the well-equipped kitchen and the oval table.
It includes an oven, microwave, washing machine, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
An egg cooker, whisk, orange juicer, iron, and ironing board are provided.
The sliding glass door leads to the terrace with awning and the garden with two sun loungers, chairs, and a table.

On the upper floor, there are two small bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, and a separate toilet with handwasch-sink. Bedroom 1 has a 140x200 cm bed, a large built-in wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, and a lovely balcony with a table and chairs for aperitifs at sunset.

Bedroom 2 has a 140x200 cm bed that can also be divided into two single 70x200 cm beds, bedside tables with lamps, and a large wardrobe.

Children are welcome, but no child safety measures are in place. There are no high chairs, and there is no space for cots in the bedrooms.

The residence has a clubhouse with a swimming pool, a table tennis table, and two tennis courts, which are available only to residents and can be used free of charge. Tennis is available only by prior arrangement.

In front of the house there is one parking place.
