Residence Laguna WE 15: modern 3-room apartment near the beach with roof terrace

This beachfront, very spacious, and light-filled 3-room duplex apartment (approx. 74 m²) on the 3rd and 4th floors (with an lift) spans two floors via an internal staircase. The apartment offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. All rooms feature high-quality, cosy tile flooring.

The apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) as well as a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a large coat rack, wall mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The spacious and light-filled living room features a comfortable couch, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² sunny rooftop terrace (facing south and west) with patio furniture and a parasol. Here you can sit back and relax with a view over the rooftops and into the greenery, and in the evening, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with two modern flat-screen TVs, a soundbar, and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

The separate kitchen, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows, includes a large dining table with 4 chairs, a dish cabinet, a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy first bedroom (in the basement) is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and a writing desk.

The separate and additional second bedroom in the apartment’s tower (upper floor) is something truly special: from here, you can enjoy unobstructed views in three directions far beyond the rooftops of the Baltic Sea resort, and on the horizon, you can see the Baltic Sea stretching out before you. This bedroom also features a comfortable box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a small built-in closet.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.

The Mediterranean-style first bathroom (with natural light / window) features a walk-in shower, sink, bidet, toilet, a bathroom shelf, a towel radiator, heated floors, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

The additional second bathroom (with natural light / window) on the upper floor features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

The apartment also has a separate storage room with an ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the large coat closet with a shoe rack in the apartment’s entryway.

To wash your holiday clothes, a shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the apartment complex.

On the ground floor of the apartment complex, you’ll find the building’s own sauna (coin-operated, for a fee) with a relaxation room and outdoor area for colder days.

You can park your car conveniently and securely in your reserved parking space No. 15 in the underground garage (maximum entry height: 1.95 m), and your bicycles can be stored in a large, separate bicycle storage room within the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

The lift provides convenient access from the underground car park to all floors of the residential complex.

Bringing a small dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the rooftop terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
