This holiday flat, newly refurbished and renovated in 2016, is quietly located in a side street with little traffic. The beach and the centre can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike.
The terrace with patio furniture, parasol and barbecue invites you to linger in comfort. There is a car park at the house.
The 50 m² flat is ideal for two people. It offers a spacious eat-in kitchen with a cooking/dining area and a living area with a comfortable couch and flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four comfortably and the kitchenette is equipped with a two-ring hob, coffee machine, fridge, microwave and kettle. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV so that you can watch a film from the comfort of your bed. The brightly tiled bathroom is right next door and is equipped with a shower and WC.
Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The distance to the beautiful white sandy beach is around 1000 metres. The Prerow harbour with various passenger ships, including the Mississippi paddle steamer, is around 700 metres away. You can hire bikes from numerous bike hire shops in the immediate vicinity and explore the wonderful landscape or the "Darßer Urwald" forest by bike. A carriage ride to the Darß lighthouse through the "Darß primeval forest" is both interesting and highly recommended. Prerow is an idyllically situated village directly on the Baltic Sea in the middle of the "Darß Primeval Forest" with its unique cycling and hiking trails. The Darß is part of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula chain. With the "Darßer Urwald" and its surroundings, large parts of this unique landscape are part of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park.
Right next door you will find my organic and regional market "Gaude Kost". Here you can buy your bread rolls and breakfast eggs, for example, as well as many other regional products such as sausage and cheese.
