Leba is a seaside resort and a very popular seaside resort on the Polish Baltic coast. Located between Ustka/Stolpmünde and the Hela peninsula in Pomerania. The former fishing village of Ż a r n o w s k a/formerly Lebafelde on Lake Leba, now a suburban holiday resort, is located close to the sea, not far from the magnificent white sandy beaches and dunes on the edge of the Slowinski National Park.
A beautiful, green tree-lined avenue leads from Żarnowska to Leba (approx. 3.5 km). Żarnowska offers a marvellous panoramic view over Lake Leba to the spit, fascinating during picturesque sunsets.
More than 250 bird species live in the area of the national park. White storks and cranes can be seen everywhere from April to mid-August.
Everything the Baltic Sea has to offer: Swimming, windsurfing, fishing and beach walks. A riding centre is about 5 km away and you can play tennis in Leba, which has a fishing and yacht harbour with a pier. Various boat trips are possible from the harbour in Leba.
