O único ponto positivo do imóvel é a localização, pois no anúncio tem a foto de uma cozinha mas a proprietária não fornece um gás, então se vc fica hospedado por 2 ou 4 noites como ficamos e não gosta de comer na rua,vc não tem a opção de cozinhar pq tem que comprar o gás e deixar lá. Outra coisa é o banheiro...uma cortina nojenta e cheia de mofo que fechada ou aberta não funciona pq molha todo o banheiro...Ahhh e sem falar no colchão que é Queen Size e a cama é de metragem comum...não volto!

Tivemos uma excelente atenção dos proprietários desde que decidimos alugar o imóvel por 3 meses, com bastante antecedência. Estávamos noutro país e toda a transação foi muito honesta e clara, assim como a acolhida deles no momento em que chegamos. O espaço nos parece maior do que aparenta nas fotos e a limpeza do apartamento estava impecável, assim como vários utensílios de cozinha e banheiro. A localização é perfeita: possui muitos serviços e opções para diversão nas proximidades. Tudo funciona corretamente (tv, wifi, ducha, refrigerador, fogão, torneiras, ventiladores e possui uma decoração muito acolhedora. Certamente recomendarei este apartamento a conhecidos que precisem estar em SP.

O apartamento não corresponde as fotos. Foi repintado num estilo bem brega. Cuando cheguei teve que reclamar copos (tinha só de plástico) pratos e panelas porque no tinha o que estava previsto no contrato. Não tem gas para conzinhar é o inquilino que dever encomendar, instalar e pagar um botijão que vai usar só alguns dias. O botijão fica quase no salão a 2 m do sofá! Melhor não ser claustrófoba porque não tem janela na sala, só no quarto. Não cabem 4 pessoas, já duas foi difícil. As únicas coisas boas são a localização e o Wi-Fi internet que merecem uma estrela
