Plenty of space

This is a perfect executive rental with great location. The 1,000' condo has a well allocated layout, with walk in closets for both bedrooms, ground floor location and parking next to the condo. The quiet friendly neighbors are workers in the community, and the complex is a very quiet neighborhood. The photos shown are a good representation. We think the pool is nice and cleaned often, though not daily as some vacation resort properties. We especially like this condo due to the great location (PNS airport, shopping mall, many Churches, executive fitness club, indoor pickleball clubs, tennis courts, discount stores, hospitals, and a short drive to the beach) and the ability to bring our small dog.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and clean condo.

Pros: Simple and modern condo with super comfy beds, TV's in all the rooms, equipt kitchen. Convenient to airport, shopping, and pet friendly

Cons: 30 minutes to the beach (not a big issue as we were here on mostly business).

A bit over priced for the area though but it is spring break too.

This condo had everything we needed. It is great as an executive rental. If you don't mind driving to the beach then also a great place. The owner was nice to deal with and I would stay again.

Family Vacation

Was a bit disappointed in the condo. Although it was nicely decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable, we did not expect to need to mop the floors upon our arrival. There was juice on the floor by the kitchen table, underneath the bedroom in the master was extremely dusty and had small bits of trash, our socks and feet were dark after walking around. The picture of the pool should be updated. The pool is nowhere near the condition it is in the picture, and the permit in the window by the pool was dated 2013. On our last full day we went several hours without running water. After several (unanswered) calls and emails to the owner we got a hold of the local water company and had them come out to take care of it. When the owner finally did call he had mentioned he had this problem before. It takes about 20 minutes and a toll to get to the beach.

Everything was fresh and inviting! A nice retreat after a visit to the beach. And we cannot forget Joe Pattie's fresh fish market! We will be back later in the year. I just hope this unit is available upon return!

Was the perfect place for us

Other than a couple of slight hiccups on our first day, the condo was perfect. Nicely decorated and supplied with just about everything we needed and was within short driving distance to stores and beaches. We would certainly recommend the unit.
