Very beautiful, rustic "rustico" cottage "U Kazíků", 2 storeys, detached from the 18th century, renovated in 2020. 1.5 km from the centre of Vysoké nad Jizerou, outside the resort, 2 km from the skiing area. Private: garden (not fenced), natural garden. Hot tub, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground, parking (for 4 cars). Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 40 m, bakery 1.5 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop "Vysoké nad Jizerou" 1.5 km, railway station "Jesenný" 8.5 km. Golf course (8 hole) 15 km, ski lift 2 km, ski rental 2 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: U Borovice 3 km, Bozkovské jeskyně 8 km, Návarov 9 km, Rautis Poniklá 13 km. Hiking paths: Riegrova stezka 13 km, Palackého stezka 9 km. Please note: suitable for families.

Kitchen (2 hot plates, dishwasher, kettle, microwave) with Scandinavian wood stove and electric heating. Shower/WC. Wood heating. Upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 1 large room with 5 beds. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
