We spent spring break in Blue Mountain Beach in 2014 and we ended up buying a condo to use as a second home and rental property.
What makes this Condo unique
This is the most family friendly beach area we have ever been to. We feel completely at ease allowing our teenagers to ride bikes throughout the area. No hard core partying in Blue Mountain Beach.

Great place to stay.
Great location...right on 30A and one block from public beach access with restrooms. Very close to a multitude of quality restaurants.
Accommodations are very nice, clean and comfortable and user friendly. Amenities are very good....pool (heated in winter), hot tub, several grills for guest use, play area for kids, and reserved parking for primary user under covered deck. Owner very accommodating and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this property for a memorable stay.
unit description & cleaning.
The property was very nice. I thought when I booked, one of the bedrooms had twin beds, but that was ok, it didn't have. Was not given code to parking garage. It was ok - we parked in open lot. No instructions on how to leave the unit. Didn't know if we should start washer or dishwasher. I had to pay a cleaning fee. But noticed, that the tops of all the baseboards had a layer of dust/dirt. The inlays on the doors were dusty, and the floor under the TV cabinet, needed dusting. If the person before us paid the cleaning fee as well, that should have been done. The bedside lamp in the bedroom on the left - switch is broke off. Lights in bathroom of the master bedroom, flicker. Overall, very nice place.
Family Friendly property
We were here for fall break and we could not have had a better time. The pool is beautiful and the grounds we well maintained. The beach shuttle was a great plus for us.
