A small and comfortable country house to wrap oneself in a romantic atmosphere. Outside, a private garden allows a direct dialogue with the surrounding nature.
The house, finely restored and furnished, togheter with three other detached beautiful country houses, form a little hamlet, set on the slopes of a wood, into the wonderful umbrian landscape.
The location is very close to Perugia (10 km), Lake Trasimeno (8 km) and the motorway is only at 5 km; so visitors can easily reach the most important historical and artistic Umbrian and Tuscan towns.

Ein Nest zum Seele baumeln lassen

Ihr wollt nach Umbrien? Geschichte, Kultur, Kunst, Natur, Essen – alles sehr erlebenswert. Wer sich die Unterkunft ansieht, findet schon, dass sie etwas Sinnliches hat. Also Kinder bei den glücklichen Großeltern parken und mal wie früher urlauben … Der umbrische Rotwein schmeckt sehr lecker und intensiv. Die Einrichtung in diesem kleinen Häuschen ist absolut komplett und picksauber. Auf dem von Wald umgebenen 2 ha großen Gartengelände befinden sich noch zwei weitere Urlaubsquartiere und ein großer Pool. Das ganze wird von drei Hunden bewacht, mit denen man sehr gut klar kommt. Die letzten 500 m Zufahrt sind Waldweg – nichts für tiefergelegte Autos mit Schubkarrenrädern. Eure Gastgeber, Vermieter wäre nicht recht passend, Margherita und Lay bemühen sich sehr um Euer Wohl. Wir fühlten uns wie bei Freunden, einfach entspannt und vertraut. Diese herzliche Atmosphäre ist ein schöner Teil der Urlaubserlebnisse. Wir danken beiden dafür sehr. Unser Italienisch ist mehr als limitiert, wir kamen aber mit ein bisschen Englisch gut über die Runden. Fazit für uns: wiederkommen, unbedingt. Viel Freude Frank Weser, Dresden 2015

The only word I can say to Frank and Sybile.... You have been so great. really fantastic guest ever we had.. They left the house very clean as they found it and they were lovely with us and also with our animals. We highly recommend them for any other host. rally supper guests!!! We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for everything and welcome again to Lisetta with full of love.. Margherita , Lay and all our animals send you big Kisses and all the best!!!!

"La villa nous a semblé s...

"La villa nous a semblé sensiblement plus petite que la surface indiquée, la batterie de cuisine est usée et le salon de jardin en acier est du siécle dernier. Il y a néanmoins la piscine et son environnement immédiat mais il fait aimer se baigner avec les chiens des propriétaires comme camarades de jeux. Prix trop élévé en fonction des prestations et de la saison."

"Die Ferienwohnung liegt ...

"Die Ferienwohnung liegt in idyllischer, landschaftlich reizvoller und ruhiger Lage in der Nähe von Corciano und eignet sich hervorragend für Touren innerhalb Umbriens (Perugia, Spoleto, Assisi etc.) und auch in die schöne nähere Umgebung. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und verfügt über einen gewissen Charme. Die Terrasse verfügt über einen Blick ins Grüne und man ist dort absolut ungestört. Wunderschön ist auch die Poolanlage. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Besonders angenehm waren die Vermieter, Margerita und Claudio, die sehr freundlich und offen, bemüht, aber unaufdringlich, waren und zahlreiche Tipps gaben."

L'environnement est super...

L'environnement est superbe et calme. La petite maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est impeccablement entretenue. Il manque une rubrique d'appréciation pour l'accueil des propriétaires: nous leur aurions donné 5+/5. Margherita et Claudio (et leurs gentils chiens) sont tout à la fois attentionnés et discrets. Abbiamo trascorso una set...

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana decisamente rilassante e confortevole grazie al posto magnifico e alla amichevole accoglienza ed alla gentile disponibilità dei proprietari. Avevamo un po' di timore in quanto portavamo con noi la nostra lupetta di due anni, invece anche lei è stata amorevolmente accolta. Sia la casetta che il luogo sono da visitare e trascorrerci una vacanza è il massimo! Concludendo siamo rimasti MOLTO soddisfatti!
