Antica Dimora, un gioiello nelle Marche!

L'Antica Dimora dei signori Cesaroni è una caratteristica casa colonica a pochi chilometri da Fabriano: un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde delle Marche, al confine con l'Umbria. Lo spazio è confortevole e dotato di tutto quanto esposto in descrizione, permettendo così di avere tutte le comodità di casa propria. Siamo stati veramente onorati dell'ospitalità dei padroni di casa, che ci hanno accolto con tratto di amicizia e vicinanza: sono proprio loro il valore aggiunto della nostra esperienza. Poter incontrare gente così competente e innamorata della propria terra fa ancora sperare nel rilancio turistico della nostra Italia!

Vacanza indimenticabile

Il posto è splendido: la casa si trova sulle colline appena fuori Fabriano, tra campi e boschi, è restaurata da poco a livelli davvero ragguardevoli, le dotazioni sono complete e di altissima qualità; gli ospiti cordialissimi e discreti. La posizione è ideale perché è tranquilla ma strategica: in pochissimo tempo si possono raggiungere città importanti come Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia o Jesi, e località montane come il parco del Monte Cucco e la gola di Frasassi o marine come Senigallia o Fano: davvero ideale!! Sicuramente un posto dove tornare!

Appartamento accogliente in meraviglioso contesto

Il nostro soggiorno di una settimana nell'appartamento "a nanna con i bambi" è stato perfetto! Casa accogliente, dotata di tutto, con un bellissimo portico da cui poter gustare uno splendido panorama! In posizione molto tranquilla, ideale per riposarsi e staccare per un po' dalla routine quotidiana, buon punto di partenza per girare deliziosi borghi medievali, eremi, abbazie e città ricche di storia. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla nutrita presenza di parchi giochi e aree pic-nic che apparivano senza nemmeno cercarli. Sono stati preziosi per intrattenere i nostri bimbi durante le ore più calde della giornata e ci hanno permesso di girare parecchio per luoghi che normalmente sono complicati per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Proprietari innamorati della loro terra, gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Le Marche sono state per noi una gradita sorpresa! La consiglieremo sicuramente!

fantastische Unterkunft!

...bereits die Begrüßung durch die Vermieter Mara und Euro gaben uns das Gefühl, nach Hause gekommen zu sein... Das ausserhalb des Haupthauses liegende, von uns für drei Wochen angemietete Apartement war fantastisch. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, Besteck, Teller usw. waren in mehr als ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber, so dass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Der Blick von der großen, überdachten Terrasse über die Hügel der Marken war herrlich, die Ruhe unvergleichlich. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und herzlich. A ne pas rater

La description du site correspondait dans tous les détails à ce que nous avons vu sur place avec beaucoup de belles surprises. En particulier, le logement est très bien conçu et l’intérieur garde la fraicheur même pendant les heures plus chaudes. La grande véranda devant le logement était tout à fait exceptionnel par sa taille et sa disposition vers le sud et le paysage des collines. Le logement était en excellent état, propre et bien organisé. L’ensemble des équipements pour la cuisine était remarquable et permettait de tout faire. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme et de chaleur. Ils nous ont longuement conseillés pour nos visites et pour les activités. Ils nous ont montré tous les détails du logement pour passer un séjour sans aucun souci, ce qui fut le cas. En plus on avait à disposition des jeux pour les enfants, de la documentation très riche sur l’offre touristique et culturelle de la région, des livres, des plans, des brochures, etc. Déjà pendant notre séjour nous avons conseillé à des amis de réserver pour l’été prochain, ce que nous comptons faire également. Les alentours – comme l’ensemble de la région – regorgent de lieux à visiter, d’activités pour tous les âges et d’une offre de restaurants et de produits alimentaires. Chaque ville ou village possède un patrimoine architectural et artistique de très grande valeur. À conseiller sans hésitations, la ville de Fabriano avec la visite du Museo della Carta e della FIligrana (Musée du papier et de la filigrane), ses nombreuses églises et bâtiments religieux et publics et des musées assez inhabituels. Les trésors artistiques de cette ville sont étonnants. Dans le rayon de quelques kilomètres aux alentours de notre logement nous avons pu visiter des nombreuses églises, abbayes, monastères de l’époque du haut Moyen Age. Les propriétaires connaissent parfaitement chacun de ses lieux et nous ont admirablement dirigés dans nos choix. Aux alentours, plusieurs villes de petite et moyenne taille méritent la visite. L’ambiance des anciens centre villes est très préservé et – à chaque fois – avec un caractère propre : Sassoferrato, Matelica, Cerreto d’Esi, Camerino, Genca, etc. pour citer juste celles qu’on a visité en plus de villes plus connues comme Urbino et Gubbio, véritables chef d’œu

Posto stupendo un vero paradiso

Abbiamo soggiornato per 22 giorni nella piccola dimora. La casa era pulita e ben accessoriata, lo spazio esterno era fornito di tavolo per poter mangiare fuori, proprio come descritto sul sito da noi visitato. Il panorama stupendo e la posizione strategica, lontana dai rumori, davano un senso di pace e tranquillità. Euro, Mara e i loro figli Carlo, Annamaria e Maria Chiara sono delle persone cordiali e molto disponibili. Euro è stato molto esauriente nel descrivere e consigliarci i posti da visitare. Anche i nostri bambini si sono trovati benissimo con i loro figli non vedevano l'ora di tornare dalle escursioni per poter giocare insieme, infatti quando siamo partiti erano molto dispiaciuti. Consiglio questo immobile, perché oltre ad essere in una posizione strategica per poter visitare Marche e Umbria, è anche molto confortevole. soggiorno d'arte e natura

Il luogo, ormai da tempo a noi noto per averlo utilizzato già da diversi anni, è un bel casale ben costruito ed arredato immerso nelle verdi colline marchigiane. Sia l'accoglienza che i servizi offerti, quali suppellettili, generi di conforto, approvvigionamenti per colazione e snack, risultano tutte le volte di livello eccellente. I proprietari non fanno mai mancare la loro assistenza per qualsiasi necessità e intessono con il noi sempre rapporti amichevoli e cordiali. Gli stessi proprietari ci hanno consigliato per mangiare il ristorante " Il Gelso" nelle vicinanze, di ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. In poche parole un soggiorno vacanza/studio o di pratiche artistiche come nel nostro caso, è decisamente consigliabile a chiunque.

SECONDO ANNO A FABRIANO

Siamo ritornati ancora dopo la vacanza nel 2014 per completare il tour delle marche. Che dire, posto stupendo casa accogliente pulita e accessoriata. Euro e Mara sempre disponibilissimi. Anche quest'anno con i nostri amici nell'appartamento grande in cui abbiamo soggiornato anche lo scorso anno, in totale eravamo in otto, 4 adulti e 4 bambini. Zona stupenda e piena di musei abbazie e città da visitare. Ringraziamo nuovamente Euro e Mara per la disponibilità e la gentilezza riservataci. vacanze marchigiane sotto le stelle

Siamo stati ospiti nell'appartamento "la dimora" .che per la nostra famiglia con 4 bambini, era perfetta per dimensione e per come è stata arredata e attrezzata. Non mancava niente tutto quello che abbiamo lasciato a casa lo abbiamo ritrovato qui, anche i giochi per i bambini. L'area esterna è stata attrezzata con altalene e scivoli ma anche per il relax degli adulti creando un un clima conviviale. Al nostro arrivo Mara e Euro ci hanno dato il benvenuto con un caloroso sorriso e un generoso cesto di benvenuto.L'appartamento era impeccabile e pulito. La casa è in posizione strategica per visitare le Marche ma anche la vicina Umbria e per tutta la settimana Mara e Euro sono stati disponibili e ci hanno consigliato cosa visitare, in particolare segnaliamo Fabriano che è spesso sottovalutata ma che nasconde molti tesori come il museo dei mestieri in bicicletta, il museo della carta ma anche la cattedrale di San Venanzio, il museo farmacia Mazzolini e molto altro. Per noi e per i nostri bambini è stata un'esperienza positiva e speriamo di poter tornare e lo consigliamo a tutti. Un altro punto a favore è l'attenzione che Euro e Mara mettono nel rispetto dell'ambiente. Ringraziamo di cuore Mara, Euro e i loro splendidi figli per questa magnifica settimana. Eleonora e Giovanni

FANTASTICA VACANZA Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Siamo stati all'Antica Dimora per due settimane nel periodo centrale di agosto (8-22). Il posto è bellissimo! Eravamo in 8 (due nuclei familiari) dislocati in due alloggi distinti, al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dai proprietari Euro e Mara (gentilissimi e disponibilissimi), i quali ci hanno fatto trovare due ceste contenenti tantissimi prodotti alimentari (anche alla partenza ci hanno donato un vasetto di miele di loro produzione ed una bottiglia di ottimo vino!). La casa vacanza si trova sulle colline a pochi chilometri da Fabriano in uno scenario incantevole, la sua collocazione è ideale per poter visitare numerose località delle Marche e dell'Umbria; infatti noi siamo stati a Gubbio, Assisi, Spello, Perugia, Urbino, Spoleto, Cascate delle Marmore, Grotte di Frasassi, Recanati e poi il mare con Sirolo, Numana e Porto Recanati ed altro ancora!!! Consigliamo a tutti questa casa dimora pulitissima ed attrezzatissima... Si trova davvero tutto... anche la legna per il barbecue! Mooie , rustige, locatie met prachtig uitzicht!

De vriendelijke ontvangst door Euro en de mooi gevulde mand zorgden direct voor een warm welkom. Wij zijn enthousiast over deze mooie locatie en de behulpzame Euro. Al vanuit Holland was het emailverkeer vlot, duidelijk en prettig. Euro hielp ons zelfs, met succes, bij het zoeken naar nog een ander vakantiehuisje in de omgeving. Wij hebben 1 week met 2 personen in het 6 persoons vrijstaande vakantiehuis (A Nanna con I Bambi ) vertoefd. Een zeer schoon, fris huis voorzien van echt alle gemakken. Voor ouders met kinderen aan te raden. Meerdere stellen zouden de open verbinding met de slaapkamer(muur is niet aangesloten tot aan het plafond) als niet prettig kunnen ervaren. Een enorm overdekt terras met prachtig wijds uitzicht over akkers en de bergketens van de Apennijnen. Natuur,rust en grote privacy typeren deze plek. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor tripjes naar Le Marche en Umbrië. Met een fles heerlijke witte wijn uit Fabriano, aangeboden door Euro en Mara, namen wij zeer tevreden afscheid. Henk & Angelique

Alle ruimte in een comfortabel en gastvrij huis.

Euro en Mara hebben "Antica Dimora" met veel zorg gerestaureerd tot een prachtig pand. Het grootste van de drie vakantiehuizen bereik je via de trap (daar "woonden" wij). Het kleine appartement ligt daar onder. Het derde vakantiehuis staat apart. Euro, Mara en hun kinderen bewonen de rest van het grote huis. Toch is er volop privacy, je hoort elkaar niet en komt elkaar alleen tegen als je dat wilt. De inrichting is fraai, comfortabel, schoon en heel compleet. Alleen wie geen italiaanse espresso wil koken of graag een luie stoel in de tuin heeft, moet zelf iets meenemen. Een schaduwplekje vind je wel. Als je wilt heb je geinteresseerd gezelschap van drie katten. Wij (gezin met 3 grote zonen) zijn heel hartelijk, gul en attent ontvangen. Euro spreekt goed Frans en ook wat Engels. Je kunt hier prima je dagen doorbrengen, maar er is volop te doen op een uurtje rijden: strand, Perugia, Urbino, prachtige grotten, abdijen en fraai berggebied. De omgeving is prettig, minder toeristisch-druk en minder duur dan Toscane en Umbrie. Perfect voor een ontspannen vakantie. Echt een aanrader.

je recommande cette location sans aucun problème, les propriétaires sont accueillants et chaleureux, l'endroit est superbe, vue sur les montagnes.calme.appartement sympathique et chaleureux, bien équipé à 10 mn du centre ville. bien situé géographiquement. 1 h de la mer .

Siamo due famiglie e abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento "Antica Dimora" e "A nanna con i bambi" nella settimana di Pasqua. Perfetta l'accoglienza di Euro e Mara che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Appartamenti dotati di tutto, molto confortevoli, rifiniti e pulitissimi. Posizione strategica per visitare tutte le bellezze del territorio, ad incominciare dalle meravigliose grotte di Frasassi. Soluzione ideale per famiglie con bambini, anche piccoli. Da consigliare e speriamo di ritornarci!!!

Au calme, dans une belle région !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces 2 semaines avec nos enfants. Les journées se partageaient entre visites de jolis villages (Arcevia) ou plus grosses villes (Gubbio, Urbino et sa festa del Duca, Assise, etc) qui pouvaient nous transporter facilement au Moyen-Age, et randonnées sur les sommets environnants (Monte Cucco, Monte Viceno, etc.). Rome est à 1h30 en train, la mer Adriatique à 1h, et Fabriano... tout proche (musée du papier très intéressant, et centre historique bien préservé). Les enfants appréciaient de jouer dehors en rentrant (ping-pong, baby foot, etc), et l'appartement était très agréable et calme. Merci à Euro et Mara pour leur chaleureux accueil, et à leurs enfants pour avoir passé du temps à jouer avec nos enfants !

L'arrivo alla casa è stato accogliente e organizzato, la casa pulita, calda ed ordinata. L'ambiente, soprattutto con la neve, era fantastico. Gut eingerichtete & sehr schön gelegene Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung La Dimora von Euro und Mara sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber, bestens eingerichtet und hat gut funktioniert. Für die KInder waren die Kinderbetten bereits aufgestellt und auch Kindersitze am Esstisch und Spielzeug war vorhanden. Das einzige, was uns in der Wohnung an Regentagen etwas gefehlt hat, ist das Sonnenlicht, da die Stube gegen Osten ausgerichtet ist. Dafür ist das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit Aussicht auf umliegenden Berge und Hügel. Die Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren und Wandern, aber auch für Ausflüge sind vielfältig. Wir waren z.B. in der Grotta di Frasassi, auf dem Monte Cucco und Monte Catria, in Perugia und Gubbio, alles sehr sehenswert. In Fabriano können wir das Ristorante Il Centro empfehlen. Grazie!

Just Wonderful!

What a lovely spot! The apartment is spacious and has all the appliances you could think of. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the hilly landscape. There are beautiful towns and villages to visit in Le Marche and Perugia and Assisi are only 60 km. away. But the area is also ideal for hiking with 2 nature parks close by. The owners, Euro and Mara, are very helpful and have great knowledge of the area.

Séjour à San Donato !

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour, bien situé et très beau paysage .Les hôtes sont discrets et de bons conseils .Il y a seulement un bémol...la Wi-Fi qui donne accès l'internet est lent ,lent et très lent.....!

Ils sont pareils à eux-mêmes, accueil chaleureux, dévouement, gentillesse. Un endroit paisible non loin de divers sites à visiter, de bons petits restaurants, etc.... Une demeure super équipée, spacieuse et fraîche. Et qui sait ..... jamais deux sans trois ...... Merci Euro, merci Mara et baci ai bambini.

Bellissimo!

Le vacanze alla Antica Dimora sono state bellissime. La famiglia Cesaroni è estremamente accogliente e la casa molto bella. Un grande grazie ad Euro e Mara ed i loro bambini : ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Il calma che regna attorno a questa casa è riposante ed il paesaggio meraviglioso. Niente manca, ritorneremo con piacere in occasione del nostro prossimo soggiorno a San Donato/Fabriano. Abbiamo avuto tutti i consigli necessari per passare una bellissima settimana.
