Les Coches: Luxury DUPLEX, charming, wonderful view, direct access on skis

Duplex apartment in the resort of "Les Coches", on the top floor of a building: « Le Rami » located in the middle of a quiet ski-run (no queue at the bottom!): when you leave the building, you put your skis on. // One lift and you are at the telepherique leading to Les Arcs. Three further lifts, and you are on the large slopes of La Plagne. On your return you take your skis off in front of the entrance of the ski-racks. //
The resort (400m from the apartment) is a typical and charming family village, located at an altitude of 1450m. Its low altitude, suitable for young children, is not a disadvantage as regards snow because the pistes are provided if necessary with artificial snow to assure the link « Vanoise Express » by telepherique between the two massifs. // In January 2010, we will renovate the flat, change the bedding and install local pieces of furniture in the "Savoyard" style // The final cleaning and all charges and taxes are includded in the rate. // Only one optional service: linen (sheets, towels, table and kitchen linen): 18 euros per person.

Lovely appartement, great host

Host is quick to communicate and very helpful (Gaëlle as well) with our very lastminute booking. Appartement has enough room for us, a family of 5, and stunning view. Clean and cozy, we had a great stay. Upstairs bathroom is a bit small but the rest of the appartement (2 bedrooms) slightly bigger than you would think from the ad. Thanks!

très bel endroit pour passer des vacances au ski

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement au pied des pistes. l'appartement qui convient à une famille est confortable et bien équipé et très bien situé. nous avons pu bénéficier de la flexibilité de l'agence pour notre arrivée plus tôt que prévue et les instructions ont été claires. la localisation des Coches est idealle pour bien explorer le domaine Paradiski car on est à côté de la Vanoise Express qui connecte aux Arcs.

Appartement charmant et très bien équipé

L'appartement est tout à fait charmant, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipé (appareil raclette, sèche-cheveux, grille-pain, cafetière ...) et nous a ravi pendant cette semaine où nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Vue magnifique sur le Mont-Blanc. Mise à disposition de documentation par les propriétaires pour découvrir le village et le domaine skiable (ski alpin, promenades, balade en traîneau...). La résidence est située à 10-15 min des commerces, facilement accessibles par un chemin piéton également praticable en luge. La navette s'arrête au pied de l'immeuble et permet de rejoindre le jardin d'enfants ou le départ du télécabine. Accès à une piste rouge au pied de l'immeuble. Peu de commerces aux Coches, quelques activités proposées dans la semaine (dégustation de produits du terroir, animaux de la ferme, descente aux flambeaux, essai de luges yooner et snake-gliss, ...). Loin des stations de ski bruyantes et bondées, Les Coches est un village idéal pour des vacances familiales avec des tout-petits.

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien agencé et joliment décoré, bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée et le Mont-Blanc. La station des Coches est très agréable, à taille humaine et très conviviale pour les enfants, été comme hiver.

tout est dit, appartement complet et mignon avec vue sur mont blanc, et piscine en contrebas. acces des pistes faciles de plus au croisement arc et la plagne 10'. Nous avons vecus un suberbe sejour endroit calme et accessible à tout que demander de plus. tres bon contact avec le propriétaire. joyeuse vacances à vous tous.....

"Un appartement tout à fa...

"Un appartement tout à fait conforme à la description. Son atout principal est sa situation avec une vue exceptionnelle sur toute la vallée de la Tarentaise, depuis Montchavin, en passant par Peisey Valendry, les Arcs, le col du Petit St Bernard, le tout surmonté par le Mont Blanc. Le grand balcon permet de profiter du paysage. L''accès direct au ski se fait par une piste rouge sur une petite distance (300 mètres au dessus d''une piste bleue), le retour est encore plus facile. L''appartement est très propre au sein d''une résidence "Pierre et Vacances" (mais à des prix "très doux"). La décoration est chaleureuse (bois en majorité). Le duplex donne une impression de volume dans le séjour. L''électro-ménager est complet et de bonne qualité. Les rapports avec les propriétaires comme avec la personne qui assure l''accueil sont parfaits, toutes les explications nous sont données, les conseils appropriés. Bref de quoi passer de bonnes vacances."

"Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Il est à 400 mètres du centre des coches mais au pied d''une piste de ski. Très pratique le matin et le soir ! Il y a une vue magnifique sur le Mont-Blanc. Un seul défaut (qui est vite oublié par la chaleureuse décoration) : il est orienté nord-est... Mais nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. "
