Our 3BR/2BA home has all the comforts of home while also having amazing access to the city, hike and bike trail, and Lady Bird Lake! Our home has the perfect amount of privacy combined with a prime location. The main living space of our home is open and spacious with a large combined family room and dining space. The family room has an oversize couch and large flat screen cable TV with sports package. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything the master chef of the group needs to cook a family style meal; however, our home is just steps away from some of the finest restaurants in Austin. We have a small coffee nook overlooking the back balcony with beautiful views of the tree tops and downtown Austin. The master bedroom comes with a deluxe queen bed, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. The two guest bedrooms are located off the main living space; both bedrooms have two comfortable queen beds. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway with shower/tub combo. We have a queen size air mattress for extra guests. Our back balcony overlooks the massive fenced in backyard and downtown Austin. This is a great spot to grill up dinner and play horse shoes with friends and family! Please be mindful that we have tenants occupying our downstairs unit.
The Harthan Historic District was the first established historic district in Austin, Texas. Every home on my street is labeled as a historic home, and it is fun to walk down our street and check them out. The Old West Austin neighborhood has something for everyone to enjoy up and down 5th Street, 6th Street and West Lynn, in the heart of Clarksville. Ranked one of the top ten neighborhoods in the country by the American Planning Association, Clarksville has a unique blend of historic craftsman-style homes mixed with modern architecture. From some of the City's top restaurants and wine bars to the oldest soda fountain in Austin (Nau's Pharmacy); we have a variety of great things all walking distance from my home.

Stayed here with 6 other girls and we loved our little home away from home! We went out around Rainey street and dirty 6 area mostly so did need to take a quick cab ride but plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Also a Whole Foods and liquor store which was really convenient. House was clean, good location, and great deck to sit on, would definitely recommend!
We used this home for three co-workers to stay while in town for a meeting. They were very comfortable and the house was nice and clean. Although they were not there much due to the meetings all day, when they returned it was comfortable and quiet. Just what they needed after a busy day.
The house was very clean and it was a great location. Upon arrival the heat was not working and of all the weekends to be in Austin, the high temperature for this particular weekend was 55. Needless to say the house was freezing! TurnKey was helpful and sent a technician, but they weren't able to fix the problem so we were left with space heaters for the weekend. While TurnKey tried to offer assistance it was a constant struggle to contact them and they did not always respond to my call. I assume they are a third party company and it was not easy to relay the issues to them, then they had to contact one of their people that was local, who had to come to the house and relay information back to TurnKey. Correct information didn't always make its way back to me, the renter. I spent time out of the trip dealing with the issue and having to follow up when the issue wasn't resolved. Overall, the house was great. They location was great. Working with an outside company such as TurnKey instead of an individual owner was difficult.
Some friends and I stayed here for New Year's weekend. The house was perfect. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown. The house is nicely decorated and has a great backyard to hang out in.
We stayed here with our kids for a UT football weekend and it was perfect. Some walkable eateries and on a very quiet street, despite its very central location to downtown and Mopac. We'll stay here again if available.
Some friends and I stayed here for the ACL music festival and the house was great! Very comfortable, clean and spacious, and short walk from the festival and other great Austin spots. Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend this place to other renters.
