Lovely stay in beautiful Roscoff

Really enjoyed our stay in Ewan villas. Beautiful house with lots of space and well equipped. We could have done with a few more wine glasses, cooking pans and loo roll but other than that a perfect stay!

A beautuful location.

A bright house in a great lication. Close to the pretty towns of Roscoff & St Pol de Leon, and the beach. Some issues reported to owner which will hopefully addressed. Those who enjoy cooking should note that, unlike other properties I've stayed in, there are no basic foodstuffs at all, such s salt, pepper, oil etc. A lovely house however.

House with hot pool and close to beach

Nice House very close to a perfect Beach. Some sogns of use though. Outdoor flowerpot broken, front for very difficult to open/close. In general some attention to refurbishment is desired. More vine glasses are also needed

Beautiful stay; house needs renovation though

Location and view is stunning. The Pool is amazing warm and our boys loved it. Communication with the host is simple. The house is big and clean we had a wonderful week in Roscoff but the house needs renovation, some things are simply broken and need replacement (vacuum cleaner, shower holder) others are just old or not of good quality. There is outdoor furniture but no cushions, the barbecue is a really cheap one and comes without any barbecue tools.

Okay place but not great

When I have a bad experience at a rental I always like to start with the positives. On the bright side, the roof doesn’t leak. To be fair it is relatively new construction, has a modern kitchen, and is clean. That being said there are a lot of annoyances with this place. The biggest annoyance is that the Wi-Fi password did not work on Saturday night and I’m writing this review on Monday after not receiving any reply to my support calls. Something you may want to consider if you were to be here and you locked yourself out. As stated by others, the furniture is Ikea quality. The bed is comfortable but squeaks loudly when you attempt to turn over at night. The curtains don’t really cover the windows, and are so thin that light shines through. This makes it almost impossible to watch television during the day on the little TV which is mounted at an angle, pointing towards the floor, one foot from the ceiling. Weird. There are numerous pictures of the heated swimming pool along with the listing but the pool is closed seasonally. There is plenty of firewood provided for the fireplace, but it is left out in the rain and should be under cover. You will receive three rolls of toilet paper, and when that runs out, you are expected to buy your own. Same for dish soap. Ladies will find no hair dryer either. I want to say thanks to the maintenance and housekeeping people who are friendly and helpful.

Hello Rachelle We have received the appreciation left on the Abritel account. I am very sorry to read you as we have been reactive about the internet and to come to the conclusion (you like me) that it was a problem of the Orange access provider. Regarding the rest of your remarks, I specify that this is a rental house and not a hotel service (toilet paper, wood, hair dryer) it is clearly indicated in the ad that there is what it takes for the 1st days and largely). The villa is moreover arranged to enjoy the sea view and nature and not to "butcher" everything with curtains...this is what our tenants appreciate about us. The swimming pool is indeed open only seasonally and it is very well specified in the advertisement. There is no deception on it We sincerely believe that the villa may not have been suitable for what you were looking for on your trip to France; it is true that we may not have the same habits as in the United States. Fortunately, many other comments are more positive and honestly more in line with the reality of the comfort and quality of the villas. I wish you an excellent continuation

Die Wohnung ist hell und ruhig mit guter Aussicht, super die Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Leider ist das Mobiliar deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, sie ist schlicht und z.T. sehr bequem. Im Obergeschoß war ein Schlafzimmer ohne Schrank und Haken, die obere Toilette schon bei Ankunft defekt und trotz sofortiger Rückmeldung nicht repariert worden. Auch die Waschbeckenanlage im oberen Bad war in schlechtem funktionellen Zustand und die Duschmöglichkeit ohne Vorhang. Die Heizkörper im Haus waren an kühlen Tagen nicht in Gang zu setzen. Der viel gepriesene Pool überraschte mit einer undefinierbaren grünen Wasserfarbe und Schmutzpartikeln.Zusammenfassend: Die Wohnung ist O.K., wenn man keine großen Ansprüche stellt.

La villa de luxe annoncé sur l annonce n est plus de luxe depuis longtemps mais vieillissante non entretenue. Mobilier de jardin le bois etait manquant par endroit, terrasse avec des lemes qui se soulèvent risque de chutes. Quant à l interieur pomme de douche "mangé " par le calcaire. Quand nous sommes arrivés les lits dans une des chambres etaient défectueux il a fallu trois jours à l hôte prevenu dès le lendemain de l arrivée, nous avions trouvé nous même un plan B. Pas de materiel balai eponge ....juste aspiration centralisee brosse aspi usee depuis tres longtemps et une pelle fendue et balayette pleine de poils, verre cassé droite du refrigerateur lave vaisselle pas vidangé et la liste n est pas exhaustive..Nous avons eu un geste commercial à la fin du sejour mais cela n excuse rien. En esperant que l hote ameliorera ces aleas sinon je ne recommande pas.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Roscoff

Die „Ferienanlage“ besteht aus vier identischen Häusern, die sich einen großen Pool teilen. Unser Haus war sehr geräumig mit großem Wohn/Essbereich mit offener Küche, ein SZ mit angeschlossenem Bad unten, zwei weitere SZ und 1 Bad oben. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Der kleine sehr schöne Strand ist 50m entfernt, Roscoff Zentrum zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen.

Tolle Lage, aber ansonsten nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen

Nachdem das erst Ferienhaus total schmutzig war (Essensreste in den Töpfen und Pfannen, die ohnehin in einem schrecklichen Zustand waren) riefen wir Fewo an. Als diese sich nicht zurück meldeten riefen wir die Kontaktperson an. Sie gab uns dann per WhatsApp Zugang zu eIonen anderen Ferienhaus. Dies war dann ok. Unsere Nachbarn dort hatten das gleiche Problem. Das ganze Haus war total schmutzig und sie haben erstmal Putzmittel gekauft.

Schönes Haus am Meer

Schönes Haus mit ansprechender Einrichtung direkt am Meer. Das Haus war sauber und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Schöner Pool und toller Blick aufs Meer. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund!

Attraktive Lage - Haus aber ein renovierungsbedürftig

Das Schwimmbad war zwar beheizt, hatte aber max. frische 18 Grad. Das dortige Geländer war teilweise ziemlich wackelig oder fehlte. Das Mobiliar war sehr sauber, aber schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Die Halterungen der Duschköpfe fehlten bzw. funktionieren mangelhaft. In der Geschirrspülmaschine fehlten einzelne Rollen, so dass man die Einsatzkörbe in die Spülmaschine hineinheben musste. Die technische Einrichtung bedarf m. Ansicht nach dringend der Renovierung, da das Haus inzwischen 15 Jahre lang vermietet wird. Meine Unzufriedenheit mit dem Aufenthalt lag jedoch auch am ausgesprochen kühlen und regnerischen Wetter, das einen längeren Aufenthalt im Freien nicht möglich machte. Urlaub Anfang September in der nördlichen Bretagne ist anscheinend ein ziemliches Wetter-Risiko. Lesson learned.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus am Meer

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie (5 Personen)zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig hat eine Terrasse und einen Balkon, beide mit Meerblick, und einen tollen Badestrand in 150 m Entfernung. Der Pool ist sauber und recht warm (schätze ca. 24 Grad). Das Haus ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, in der Küche kann man sehr gut kochen, was wir reichlich getan haben. Die Betten sind überwiegend bequem. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit empfehlen! Einige kleine Kritikpunkte, die aber wenig ins Gewicht fallen: Die Toilettenspülung unten funktionierte zeitweise nicht richtig, dann aber wieder doch. Sollte mal jemand nachschauen. Der Sonnenschirm war halbkaputt und ist nach zwei Tagen Gebrauch endgültig zerfallen. Ersatz wurde leider nicht beschafft. Allerdings brauchten wir ihn auch kaum noch, da es dann öfter bewölkt war. Tolles Ferienhaus aber kein Schwimmbad!!!!Betrug!!!

Das Ferienhaus ist toll, sehr großzügig und in toller Lage. Dafür gibt es 5 Sternchen. Allerdings gibt es ein Problem mit dem Schwimmbad. Wir waren die letzte Maiwoche im Haus. Der Pool wird aber nur Juni bis September geöffnet. Davon war bei der Buchung nie die Rede, auch in der Objektbeschreibung nachweislich kein Hinweis! Das ist glatter Betrug. 0 Punkte für FeWo Direkt nach dem sich FeWo direkt aus der Verantwortung zieht. Jedenfalls ist das meine letzte Buchung über FeWo, da man sich auf den Inhalt der Seite nicht verlassen kann.

In der Tat, auf unserer Anzeige auf Abritel.fr ist alles gut angegeben und präzisiert (beheizter Pool in der Saison von Juni bis September), keine Täuschung unsererseits. Wir wussten nicht, dass die Anzeige auf Fawodirekt nicht mit unserer übereinstimmt, das erfahren wir durch Sie und unseren Austausch mit Abritel. Herzlichst
