We have been traveling west every year to ski for the past 19 years and this property is best one we have stayed in. Plenty of room. Easy access to the resort base. We love Steamboat Springs and the resort. Not the best conditions but four days of nice slip sliding away.

We were three families who enjoyed our stay for a ski vacation. It was easy to get around with the shuttle and Uber. We wished the two units were connected but otherwise we had a nice stay!

As advertised, great beds, plenty of room. 4 person hot tub, closest bus stop to mountain, easy ride into town for restaurants. Note that 2 bedrooms are in the lower apartment, you just walk up the outside stairs to the 4BR upper apartment. Kitchen and living room in each.

Great property in great location. Upper lower duplex can make it a little separated for large groups but it’s as advertised and was minimal inconvenience for 10 adults. Hot tub has great view of the mountain. Barb was very responsive and kind. Would stay again

Great location, great for families with teens

We had 2 families, one stayed upstairs and one downstairs. 8 total people including 3 teenagers and it was perfect for our setup. All teens had their own room and the location of the bus gave them independence. We cooked a lot and it was spacious enough that we could all hang together. Will stay again.

USPS will just return to sender without even trying. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. I 100% recommend. The cons list is more of a quirks list. The host was great and very communicative and helpful.

Great for a Group

This is our second time staying at Barbara's place, and as expected, it met our group's needs perfectly. Lots of bedrooms upstairs and space downstairs for youngsters. The driveway has ample parking and the bus route is right across the street. Great place to stay in Steamboat!

Xmas family ski trip 10 people

Overall a nice property and good experience. Everything worked without issue. We felt the online listing buried the fact that its a duplex and the top and bottom do not connect, so it was not ideal for a family gathering. The hot tub and grill are on the lower level and very inconvenient access from the top unit. The kitchen and living area is an awkward layout and small but worked out fine. This property was also slightly less expensive so that may worth it for some renters. The owner was helpful and easy to work with.

Good location, nice house, deck and hot tub

We took our adult children and 6 grandchildren here for a week in July. House had a nice kitchen, new appliances, newer bathrooms and was nicely furnished. Plenty of towels, sheets, etc for our large group. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday. My one suggestion would be the ability to stock or rent a crib or pack n play for small children, and maybe a few games and books? That’s a small thing- the house was pretty near perfect for us.

This home was wonderful for our group of 12. Two separate units made everyone comfortable, with nice kitchens and living areas on each floor. Couldn't beat the location for a group of skiers; bus was convenient and quick to and from the hill. Hot tub to relax at the end of the day is always a plus. Would recommend and return to this house!

Wonderful stay in Steamboat

We stayed at this property for a family reunion. The home was accommodating for 13 people comfortable (3 families of 4 and 1 grandpa). The beds were comfortable, hot tub enjoyed nightly, plenty of room and plenty of towels for all! The location was great for accessing Stagecoach Lake, Steamboat Lake, climbing Hahn's peak, Rodeo, The Fish Creek Falls, and Downtown Area. We enjoyed yoga at the Botanical Gardens several times. All in all a great trip and it was lovely to come back to the house at the end of many fun days for rest and family time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property was absolutely perfect for our 3 families of four (each with 2 adults and 2 children.

It was a perfect experience for our families; plenty of space, rooms and beds. Plenty of parking in driveway and it was cleared of snow each day it snowed. Hot tub was wonderful although we did have to go through downstairs apartment to access. Very close to mountain and close to shopping (short drive to both) and just a 10-15 min drive downtown. We hope to be back!

Amazing rental property with a fantastic location.

Barb, the owner of the property, was incredibly easy to work with. The property was great for our group of nine adults. The layout was great with six adults upstairs and two downstairs. The house was in immaculate condition and well appointed. The location is really convenient to all that Steamboat has to offer. We will be contacting Barb when we return to Steamboat.

We rented both parts of the duplex for a family ski vacation and it was fantastic. The location is great, both houses have great living spaces and kitchens, the hot tub was great, everything was very comfortable and we would love to stay again! Highly recommended!!

Amazing Stay in a Great Location

My girlfriend and I were looking for a condo/town home near the base of Steamboat Mountain and came across this cozy little spot. We're glad that we did. Not only was the entire trip hassle free (aside from the massive abundance of snow that accumulated everywhere!), it was one of our most memorable trips yet to the mountains. We were within 5 min walking distance of the mountain, a 5-10 minute walk to the supermarket (literally a 1 min drive), and a 5 minute drive to downtown. Coming from the city, this was all so convenient. Additionally, the unit was immaculate, provided all basic amenities, and was very reasonably priced. We will definitely consider booking this place again upon our next visit. Thanks!

Great rental for several families staying together

The house was a perfect place for our visit - we had 5 couples with 3 children between us, and easily had enough room to maneuver. The mountain is right next door, and the house is very well appointed. Highly recommended.

We found this rental perfect for our 4 family reunion ranging in age from 3 to 74. It was a good location for skiers. Enjoyed the hot tub. The facilities were up to date and well maintained. Very good communication with owner who was most responsive to questions. We would stay here again.

This is a second home for us but we spend lots of time here because we are avid skiers and love Steamboat! We purchased this home in 2010 and in 2014 embarked on a total remodel inside and out. We are thrilled with the results, and I made sure to make it as comfortable and nicely appointed as I could. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
