When Pictures don’t match Reality
The pictures online do not match the reality of this property. Property has been listed with its strongest selling point of having a sun soaked terrace, the problem is the terrace floor was extremely dirty, the sunloungers appeared to never been cleaned and was covered in black marks and old sweat patches. The umbrella was closed and when opened revealed an old dirty umbrella with several holes including a large rip. The doors from the second room led out to the terrace as the listing states but really leads out to a horrendous fence around the ground floor property skylight then onto the air conditioning unit which is covered in black dirt. The view from the terrace is not shown in the pictures because you are overlooked by nearly eighty other properties in a high rise which have a view directly into the terrace. Inside there are lose electrical fittings which would not pass any test for health and safety, two cotton wrapped chairs
which are dirty and conveniently covered with a blanket. Every wall and door in the property have black scuff marks and appeared to not been painted for a few years. The picture of the bathroom is one of the best as what it does not show is a large section of uncovered pipe which is the waste pipe from upstairs proper. It also appeared to have been cut into the tiles and fixed by amateurs with no idea. Also the fridge was turned off and had to be turned back on upon arrival, the problem with turning the fridge off and on it takes ages for the fridge to get cold which effected our baby milk and it left an odour which you get from old appliances. My favourite photo which was one of the reasons I booked is the view from the street, the online photo shows two really beautiful French properties with loverly French doors and great brickwork but what you don’t see is that the property is actually at the far end of the photo, it has no loverly French door windows, no nice brickwork along with garages and bins on the ground floor. It’s a great feeling to be dropped off by a mini cab knowing you about to be conned. The money charged for this proper is not fair and pictures are very deceitful. I have taken better photos which we will look to post online as hopefully it help customers get fair information. Personally fed up of getting ripped off, the only best part of this booking was the kind lady on the phone I spoke to who was really polite and helpful.
