Living room with sofa bed (new sofa bed, very good mattress), 2 bedrooms (160 bed, 2 90 beds) with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, winter and summer kitchens.
SUPPLY ON REQUEST sheets, towels, household linen: contact owner. Full pack: € 60

Ideal for 3 couples or 2 couples + 2 children.

Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stiffness of a staircase).
Two young children cannot sleep alone in the second bedroom, which is in the other building, but can sleep in the sofa bed.

WINTER
During the heating period (from All Saints to Easter holidays) we can only accommodate 4 people in the main building. (the second bedroom is not equipped with heating).
During this period the rental rate is € 500 per week including heating charges
Supply of sheets on request, bathroom linen, household linen: contact the owner. Full pack: 40 €

HOUSEWORK
The cleaning is not included in the rental price, we require a deposit of 40 € on arrival, it will be returned on departure according to the state of cleanliness.
