About this property

Duplex La Rochelle center, parks, beach

Former carpentry workshops were transformed into several main house with private gardens arranged around a courtyard, accessible from the street by a driveway . Our house has been divided into studio on the ground floor and 1st floor duplex with separate entrances .
The outer part has a terrace and a garden with pergola and garden table reserved for the duplex for meals outside , 2 separate bike shelter parties.
duplex includes a main room with 1 sofa bed 2 seater sofa bed types , room with 1 bed 140 and 1 baby bed, 2 extra beds folding 90cm to distribute in the bedroom or living room . The apartment is fully equipped for 6 people , including commodities and some emergency food (pasta, rice , coffee, sugar etc ...) for an arrival safely preferably on Saturday after 1:30 p.m.
Weekly rates : € 560 in July and August all expenses included , departure before 13:00 samdedi following , short stays accepted upon availability € 100 per night ( minimum 3 )

Le vieux port à portée, dans un logement idéal

très bon séjour à la Rochelle ; le logement est plus que parfait : on s'y sent bien ; aucun bruit aux alentours ; il est très bien équipé ; le parc de l'esplanade est tout près, ainsi que le vieux port. On peut poser la voiture et faire tout à pied.

Très bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, produits d'entretien et d'hygiène). Il y a même des aliments au cas où, à remplacer si consommés bien sûr. Un petit stock de DVD pour les jours de pluie. Les propriétaires jouent sur la confiance et ça fait du bien.

L’hôte a été plus qu’accueillant et la procédure d’arrivée très pratique. Le logement est assez bien placé même si un peu loin du centre. Nous avons passé un bon moment au sein du duplex qui est très sympa !
