Just 30 minutes away, the seaside cliffs of Monte Conero with such pearls as Portonovo, Sirolo, and Numana. Rome is 2 hours distant by superhighway.
Nearer our location are immensely beautiful naturalistic and artistic attractions. In Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, don’t miss Piazza del Popolo, the Teatro dell'Aquila, the Duomo dell'Assunta, the Piscine Romane, and Palazzo dei Priori, and be sure to visit the Museo Archeologico Antiquarium, the churches of San Domenico and of San Francesco, and the Pinacoteca Civica.

Casa Lucetta is the ideal vacation spot for anyone who loves the peaceful country atmosphere in the Marche region and the attractions of the Riviera delle Palme. The vacation home rises on a hill in a splendid position with a view of the sea, just 3 kilometers from the beach. The eclectic decor, mirroring the taste and creative flair of the owners, is comfortable and perfect in every detail. The 2000 m2 garden is the ideal spot for quiet relaxation, while the surrounding countryside is an open invitation to excursions, on foot or by mountain bike. The location is truly strategic: just few minutes from the sea but also from extraordinary medieval villages such as Montefiore dell'Aso and Moresco (both on the “Borghi più belli d'Italia” heritage list) and unique cities such as Ascoli Piceno and Fermo, farming and wine estates, including organic growers; and the Monti Sibillini National Park is less than an hour away. For sports enthusiasts, tennis courts and a golf course, riding stable, and sailing school are likewise only a few minutes distant.
