House recently renovated, in the nearby village of Esposende with views of mountains and sea, with 3 rooms with a capacity of 8 people and place of private parking, it is ideal for family holidays.

Located about 1km from the beach of Rio de Moinhos / São Bartolomeu and 2Km from Praia de Cepães (Blue Flag) or 3 KM from Praia do Suave Mar (Blue Flag).

Walled property, with a very quiet environment, this house is spread over three floors:
On the ground floor, storage, with access to outside, with leisure areas (garden furniture, small inflatable pool for children) complemented with a portable barbecue.
On the first floor, kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, dishwashing machine, fridge, ...), living room (with a few books, television etc.), two bedrooms (suite and double) and bathroom.
On the second floor, large loft, with possibility of accommodation for 2 to 4 people, with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower.

The house is located near the cities of Esposende (4 Km), of Povoa de Varzim (20 Km), Barcelos (15 Km), Viana do Castelo (25km), Porto (50Km)

The house has also an offering at your disposal 2 canoes for canoeing on the river or the sea.

Esposende and surrounding area there are several restaurants where you can
taste the cuisine of the region and close to nightlife spaces (Pacha nightclub, bib'Ofir, bars ... daPóvoa casino).
